I'm neither sexually immature nor repressed. I just know what I like and don't like and am not afraid to say it for fear of being ostracized. 
People aren't wrong or selfish for liking and wanting oral sex.
Nor are they wrong or selfish for not wanting it.

I always bring a drink to the bedroom with me anyways, so i can easily wash it down. I've been with men where I didn't mind it at all, but then my ex-husband tasted so bad it actually made me puke. Last BJ I gave was over a condom so he could sorta cum in my mouth. That's the best I can do without disease testing and exclusivity.
As for swallowing in relationships - I've done it about 3 times and it was horrible. I agree that it is the consistency of snot that I find so hard to get over. I am usually afraid of gagging and vomiting and so that is why I choose to spit or to use BJ's as foreplay. When I did swallow, the guys knew how difficult this was for me ahead of time. They will find there will be MUCH less ejaculate to deal with. They then may find that in time they can deal with a bigger load at a later time.
As far as disease? Most of them can be contracted with just skin to skin contact, where it doesn't matter if she swallows or not. The dredded AIDS virus though as we all know is transferred via from one persons blood to anothers.
