The KSHE 95 26th Annual American Red Cross Summer Blood Drive is Friday, August 7th from 10am – 7pm and Saturday, August 8th from 9am – 5pm. Please join us to donate at one of the seven area locations in the metro area.
All attempting donors will receive a commemorative KSHE 95 26th Annual Summer Blood Drive t-shirt and a buy one get one free voucher for Cruefest 2 August 11th at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.
Anyone 16 or older can get signed up at each location for the chance to win a pair of tickets to the State Farm Arch Rivalry Game September 5th at The Edward Jones Dome or American Legends Pizza for a year courtesy of Domino’s.
In Missouri you must be 17 or older to donate. In Illinois you must be 16 or older with parental consent. Forms are available at the drive locations.

From the St. Louis area, take Interstate 270 to Highway 367 North. Stay on 367/67 across both the Missouri River and the Mississippi River. Travel on Washington Avenue to Brown Street. Turn left onto Brown Street, and look for the hospital entrance on the right. Blood Drive signs direct visitors to the appropriate parking areas.

A few of us fishes are talking about going to Main Street Bristol in old town St Charles tonight. The band KTO is playing, They're the band that played at Allstars for the Luau party. Everyone is welcome to come. | |

Posted: 8/22/2009 1:55:35 PM | My son's weekend. I'm having a small "hot tub party". Of course in this case that's a 3# pork shoulder over a bed of caramelized Vidalia onions and baby carrots in the slow cooker.
The shoulder is encrusted in my deadly rub mix. Deadly because if I tell you what's in it, you'll be dispatched shortly thereafter to protect my secret!
This needs to bask in my slow cooker overnight and the shoulder will then be dismantled and the veggies converted into a lovely sauce to go with the pulled pork.

I have been told that the pizza is great and chicken strips also.
I am sure we will have fun.. it seems anytime we visit JP's we have a blast......this is a great band also.. so this is just icing on the cake. Oh come on, low calorie.
suggestion... get there early to save seats or you will be standing.
