Posted: 11/20/2009 8:41:40 PM | | walksoft ~ there are several venues to choose from for Saturday night fun; however sometimes you have to be willing to get out of your box to attend say, your first POF party...you can email me and send me your email address and I can keep you in the loop of things for when my friends and I go out dancing on the weekends or hang out for happy hour during the week, etc. | |

When you're around, the party's always fun!! Looks like I'm going to have to drive 2 hours north to meet some new POF fishies . It looks like the ones down here are playing the games but not wanting to get  caught. I'm still hosting the parties down here but it just isn't catching on for some reason. Guess not many people like to get out and party anymore!  What's a gal to do?  Oh well,you have a great time this weekend and think about me. I've decided to just stay home and put sealer on the grout on my new bathroom floor and shower. You would think a big,strong, man would offer to help now wouldn't you? Have fun and think about me all alone doing all this work!!   | |

Posted: 11/21/2009 5:27:22 AM | MoKat...don't take it personal! St. Louis has always been a strong party area in comparison to our other Mo counterparts....and we have our "slow moments" as well. Add to that, impending holidays and a lousy economy....
I don't know what you do for your parties, typically? Check out the hostess forums for lots of ideas! I find the BARS work best and SPECIALS are what draw folks in. With so many special diets, finances, etc...people turn away from large group outings to restaurants in favor of bars. But then you will have others say they wish to go someplace other than a bar! I go with what the majority want! ;) | |

| Deer huntin' ...anyone???

Hey RLfish...glad to hear that somebody missed me... I had a great time deer hunting...didn't shoot Bambi or his mother or father ...I think the weather was actually too warm and very breezy where we were...but I did have a wonderful time...cooked breakfast this morning....biscuits and gravy...yummmyyyyy...glad to be back where I can shower and flush!!!!
Hope the party was a success...I'm sure it was as always...get ur selves signed up for my next one on Dec 10th @ JP's Corner....
but remember the party one the 5th of Decemeber too!!!

Ended up going to an awesome bar in Belleville to hear the Well Hungarians, lots of men hanging out there and dressed nice. They now have an outdoor section for the smokers. | |
