I think its hillarious when people in this thread think it would feel wierd to have it...MEN have it all the time. It feels fine. Conditioning conditioning conditioning...being told something so long you finally believe it. I have been tol dthings my whole life and been condtioned to believe the most rediculous things. The FUNNIEST thing though is that I think most women wouldnt have hairy armpits because OTHER women think its gross, not men. Silly people....sometime you might live your own life, not other peoples lives. | |

Posted: 12/28/2005 1:48:45 AM | | i have never shaved my legs, and yet i have almost no hair on them. i do not shave my armpits either, and though i do have some hair there, it is very fine and soft like a baby's hair. i had more hair in my teens but not since. i consider myself to be fortunate. i do not have to deal with razor burn, stubble or ingrown hairs. How did this get pulled into an argument about racism? There are plenty of people who are attracted to black men/women.
I have dozens of black friends, I have only met one I was sexually attracted to. That doesn't make me a racist for the same reason someone may not be attracted to incredibly pale skin or freckles doesn't make them a racist.
I agree that the hairy woman thing is a result of american conditioning, however people who live here need to understand these things and learn to live with them. If you make an OKAY with your hands, that means fu(k you in Brazil. If you walk around doing that there expect to be unpopular | |

I spent two years in France and don't recall ever seeing a fuzzy armpit. French women take care of themselves better than most on this continent. | |

Initially I thought it was a little out of the ordianary but I didn't let it get to me. I was fine up until a shirtless hug. Something about hairy armpits on my shoulders turned me off. Maybe if I was the taller one then it would've never happened. Since then I just think of what loving in jail must be like....soooo wrong. | |
