Posted: 11/2/2008 2:43:12 PM | The last time I cried was on January 5th 2006.My little Missy almost died from a bad reaction to the anesthesia after I took her in to be spayed.I rushed her to the emergency pet hospital and I would have paid whatever they wanted.She was there all night in the incubater and getting injections under her skin till 6 am the next day.The vet charged me $10 the next morning when I picked her up,I guess he was afraid I would start crying again....
Theres not too much that triggers tears in my life,as long as my kids and my pets are ok I am happy,anything else I can deal with. | |

We cry because of all the emotions that we bottle up inside about a situation the is prevelant in our lives that is causing discomfort (unless they are joyful tears...but I don't think I ever cried because I was happy) and eventually they have to come out some way...what better way then through tears. It is a cleansing process so to speak. I cry because I feel!
Crying is not a sign of weakness. I would be worried about my emotional wellbeing if I didn't cry.... | |

It feels embarrassing now thinking about the three women and the vet seeing me sobbing over my dog right before he was going to be given a lethal shot because he was having a horrible seizure. He lived 18 years and I had struggled so hard to make him not suffer the last days of his life. But he did anyway, and I cried like some child ...Its spontaneous when you feel real grief or sudden loss of something you loved. | |

I sat in his room and cried.................I changed jobs, she divorced me and I moved across the street and down the block from his mom. In the custody agreement, it states that he can come to see me whenever he likes. This may sound wierd but the ex takes advantage of my proximity to my benefit. Frequently she will leave impulsively and send my son over. It benefits me in that we have that time together. | |

Posted: 11/3/2008 1:04:18 AM | those are some pretty intense emotions...but i can tell you this, i work in the medical field now and have seen and felt exactly what you are saying....but i have had many jobs in my life...from tele-marketing to factory to convenience store to receptionist to medical assistant and so on...what i found was working with women is not fun...there is alot of jealousy and foolishness and immaturity, unfortunately we cannot change the way women behave but you are in control of your own life.....don't let anyone make you cry ever...be cool and confident and do what you need to do and if someone says a bad word about you or lashes out trying to make you feel shitty...just let it go, they are so showing their character...if you don't learn to let these people and their silly comments roll off your shoulder, you will cry...let it go...believe me they are not worth it...

it's a primative emotional response to something that you perceive as being wrong, only the difference between crying and laughter is that one is happening to you, and the other is happening to someone else. | |

Ok, I teared up a bit when the Red Sox were knocked out of the playoffs and I get really teary watching sappy movied...you know, like Bambi, Dumbo or the Titanic!
I cried tears of laughter a couple of weeks ago when I was chatting on here with a friend. It was just one of those nonsensical, silly conversations. He had me in stitches...it was wonderful!!! | |

The tears remain in my eyes and the sadness in my heart. Then when I realize that I am depressed, I start doing things that I love to do and feel better after a while. It's only 'hope' of a better tomorrow that helps me get out of this. | |

Posted: 11/4/2008 6:43:37 PM | Last Wednesday after dinner with a friend...and I finally realized...it would never be more than just friends...Part of the crying was because I was sad about that...another part were more of the happy kind of tears....that at least we are still friends....He's an amazing man...and I can't imagine not having him in my life at all....
I hate that he does things naturally that I have always looked for in a partner...ie...makes me laugh, feeds my brain with new information...gives me shit when I need it....But, then again...that's what friends do right? | |

Posted: 11/4/2008 8:59:19 PM | I've had two supervisors this last year who made me cry, I was able to get myself somewhere no one could see. I cry when I am out of my mind PISSED off. I HATE that about myself, which is why I so rarely get that mad.
I had one man made me cry, over and over and over again, and he was clueless that he did, and it wasn't all that long ago that I cried last, but each time, it does get better. There was weakness there, in the beginning, but not anymore.
I've had my kids make me cry. My daughter hurt my feelings a couple weeks ago. We both cried a lot that day. Our relationship is stronger for it.
Cry in a movie? Now and then, but not usually.
I cried for a best friend, because he was too manly to cry and I know he wanted to.
Yeah, this year, I've cried a lot, more than all my life, I think. | |
