| When is the last time you cryed ? Why do we cry ?
Posted: 3/22/2009 5:06:30 PM | Just today. The man I just love so much (we met on POF) needs to take things slower with"us". His children have some concerns about us. I understand, however I am so afraid he will find some one else or tire of me while he has to wait for my divorce to be final. I felt embarrased to cry in front of him but I could not stop the tears. I just have to let things rest in GODS hands that we will be together for our life time some day.

I believe we all cry for different reasons, and some more easier than others.
It can be a great feeling too, the whole release of emotions.
Most of the time I'll avoid it til it's uncontainable... I know I'm gonna have puffy eyes and a super stuffy nose for a good 24 hours!
But once I've stopped crying all I wanna do is sleep, it's exhausting! | |

Posted: 3/22/2009 9:13:53 PM | The last time i cried it was a few days ago..At one point in my life not so long ago i'd cried every day.I don't understand why guys treat me so mean they are very uncareing i know i'm not perfect but i have a good heart and because of that not only guys but all people take my goodness for weakness..I am a very strong women and i don't like to be lie to or played for a fool.I have a very hard time trusting guys because i was hurt to much..All i want is a man to love me for me with my flaws and my good..If a man tells me i'm going to call or talk to you later i take his word as the truth..why do we cry?I cry when i'm lie to ..I cry at night when i'm all alone i'v been alone for a long time i cried many nights i just cried not to long ago i felt betrayed because i let down the walls i put around my heart and let this man in thinking he really liked me as much as i like him,but now he doesn't talk to me as much as he used to that made me hurt and sad so i been crying the last few nights..I think i will put up thoses walls around my heart again because i'm not sure if this man cares for me and so to night i'm crying again..I just want to know what's it like to be happy and not cry anymore.I smile on the outside but i'm crying on the inside..we cry when someone we love dies ..We cry when someone we love don't feel the same.: | |

Posted: 3/24/2009 6:24:06 AM | I cries two days ago after getting my heart broke by the first woman I ever kissed, dated, was with romantic, and fell for.
I am not a big crier but damn that one hurt.
It came from out of nowhere so I felt stupid on top of being hurt.
I cried after my divorce.
I cry when my kids are hurting or when they make me proud. | |

i know what your saying in regards to work stress, i have now been off work after breaking down crying at work, i couldnt cope with what was going on at work with all the back stabbing etc, i went to my drs and he has diagnosed depression and anxiety. im off for a further 4 weeks(6 weeks in totall) and yes on antidepresents prozac and sleeping tablets, and no im not feeling very good neither, i used to love work but now it seems too much off a chore to carry on doing. Even normal living is becomeing a little difficult, most days im on a downer and an over whelming feeling off sadness is in my body where i just want to cry, this isnt a thing off weakness, i think its the body telling you to de stress or that something is wrong, and its not the case of snap out of it either as many seem to think.
I find that at work we all compete against each other in more ways then one, someone always wants the brownie points . keep them as far as im concerned , im here to make money not to earn brownie points or favoritizem, but yeah i do know how your feeling, and no one or not many help each other in this world sad as it seems.

I've learned that my mom went through illness (she's ok now), my grandma passed during that year, fought with two close friends (one of them was my best friend from high school) and my ex... That was painful when my two close friends and my ex couldn't be there for me when I needed them the most... It was a disappointment and a real eye opener that you can't always depend on your so called friends and your ex. | |

Posted: 3/25/2009 2:29:50 PM | | Husband had a stroke two years ago, in a Care Home now, permanently paralysed, cannot speak, incontinent, brain of a 9 month old. Sold large house, moved into a smaller one, working full time, exceptionally stressful, not had a day off due to stress since then. Exceptionallly stressful job at the moment, had to go to the Court of Protection last week, £37,500 that was left to my husband by his mother as a bequest taken by them as payment for my husbands care. Last child at home who was 15 at the time of my husband's stroke, have not had a penny from my husband's estate since the day of his stroke. Feeling the pressure at the moment, working as a marketing co-ordinator never seeming to catch up. Just breaking down and crying a lot at the moment, sure that I am going to start to climb out of this hole that I am in. Know that crying makes me feel a lot better. | |

Posted: 3/26/2009 7:54:57 PM | The last time I cried was from Sunday to Wednesday for a variety of reasons. It started due to an ending that I knew was coming with a friend that was important to me. This continued on (regarding my friend) till Tuesday when I thought I had worked through that issue. Then Wednesday hit and my son made me cry due to his own emotional turmoil regarding the pressures of academic expectations his response made me cry out of frustration for him. Damn! I hope I am done crying for the week....
I work with children where abuse and neglect are issues in their lives. This doesn't make me cry as I am so desensitized to the trauma and I go into fix it mode. What does make me cry in my job is when I have to work with children who are back in the system due to failed adoptions. It is not bad enough that they are abused/neglected by their parents, but then abandoned by the people who were suppose to be their forever parents because the child was exhibiting behaviors that could be considered developmentally appropriate. HELLO people raising children IS a challenge and there are no perfect children in this world. Even our biological children aren't perfect but you CHOSE to adopt a child who has experienced abuse/neglect. THEY will NOT be perfect! This makes me sad! | |

But the last time I cried? Actually last night while laying in bed. A very close friend and I had a long phone call and she's kinda placed more blame on my shoulders than I think I deserved, however, I can see why she's angry with me. Anyway, our friendship is currently in intensive care. I'm hoping she'll cool down but she was pretty pissed last night. | |

Posted: 3/28/2009 10:18:53 AM | | Well, after seeing a documentary of a guy over in Iraq them showing footage of him and another soldier shooting a lady bc they thought she was carrying a bomb when she was carrying a white flag. He's going to have that image playing over in his mind for the rest of his life. It saddens me. Also, how they degrade women over in those questions and the innocent victim probably had no choice on doing what she did. | |

Posted: 3/28/2009 10:39:02 AM | The last time I cried over something was years ago when my last relationship ended. Since then I sometimes cry over nothing when I am watching an old movie on TV that shows a couple loving each other for the right reason, or a a TV show where a man proposes marriage and a woman accepts. I don't sob or weep, just leak a few tears.
I think I have cried for different reasons and in different ways. When I was a baby I howled because I wanted to fit in and all the other babies were doing it. Then when I was a boy I cried if I got really scared, hurt or embarrassed in a bad way, not a funny way. Then when I was a young man I sobbed when I first realized the meaning of life.
Now I will be watching a movie and not have any feelings one way or the other, but will respond to some on screen gesture, have sort of a reflex and a few tears happen and then a commercial comes on and I remember a couple of good times then why I am single. | |

Posted: 3/31/2009 6:55:16 AM | I've been crying for two days now. A seemingly perfect relationship has hit the skids. For 11 months now I have been with an incredible man who said I was his world. He even transfered to my area to work because he said he couldn't stand being away from me...Then out of the blue, he came back from a trip to his hometown and said he needed to slow things down because he felt guilty for being away from his teenaged kids. He never had custody of them and they treat him like crap, but he says he needs to be there until they go to college so he doesn't miss their activities. I don't begrudge him his parental rights, or think he should walk out of their lives for me, but why is it all of the sudden like that? Its not like it was a big surprise to him that he had kids, and it didnt seem to be an issue with him just going back to his hometown once a week before. Now he acts like he must be there every second, and is moving back. We went from "on the verge of marriage" to " I can't consider a serious relationship for at least 3 years"..WTF? The bright point is that he said "maybe I can come see you every few weeks" (HUH????)
I feel pushed away, kicked to the curb, and unincluded in his life now. I usually am a strong independant woman...but after that I feel very weak and fragile. I hate it that I let him tear down the walls I spent so long putting up around my heart, just to rip it out, stomp on it, and hand it back to me with a "gee..sorry..didn't think you'd take this so hard". Men...GRRRRRRRRR. | |

I saw the girl I spent 4 years with in a pic with her new bf. Most people assumed when I was crying, that I was hurt and sad. But in reality, I felt nothing t words the pic, I wasn't hurt, sad lonely none of those things. I was crying, because during the past few months I've been on a very road of drugs and other things. When I saw this picture, I knew my heart, that I loved the girl, but it was over and by not feeling anything my greatest fears were not going to come true (that I might always miss her for the rest of my life). This feeling over whelmed me, and I was crying for joy, it was the first joyful feeling I've had in months sense we've split.
It was the single best moment of my life up until this point. | |
