I believe we cry for a number of reasons. sometimes, hope, love
and loss - just a few.
We also cry because we have to let go but our hearts dont want to.
And we cry when the search for ourselves is over and we find at
the end that person we truly love has cried thier way back to us too. | |

BUT
Manchester united losing 2-0 to barcelona in the 2009 champions league final, man I was reduced to tears.
Some loves you break down for, some loves you just sigh for and move on.

Posted: 5/31/2009 5:59:52 PM | | This afternoon I cried while watching Emma. Yesterday I cried because I wasn't feeling well and I was alone. Oh...and I cried while watching The Black Velvet Gown. The day before I saw a photo of my daughter (she's 28) and I cried. All different reasons for crying. I used to go to the beach (when I lived in Florida) on a regular basis ... and many times would end up crying. Anyone who knows me ... knows I am a sensitive person, I wear my heart on my sleeve .... I cry sometimes when walking through cemeteries and I don't even know the people or families that are buried there. I am glad I have this outlet. Sometimes I cry because I'm happy or sad, angry, frustrated, confused. Just depends. | |

Posted: 5/31/2009 6:34:57 PM | The last time I cried was yesterday. I meet a man that I thought was very nice and a gentleman. It was very nice and refreshing. We spent a few hours talking about almost everything there was to talk about. He took me home and we hugged and he said that he would call me when he got home. that phone call never came. Not wanting to be like a stalker i didn't call him. The next day, he was online, so I said hello to him and asked how he was? Guess thats not what he wanted to hear. He told me to chill out and leave him alone. I was shocked. Why would a man or even a woman say they want to talk to you or call you when they really don't. What is this the first grade? Aren't we adults? If you don't want to talk or keep in touch, why say so? Just tell me you don't want to and be done if it? i would rather a man to tell me they don't want to talk to me instead of avoiding or getting mad a mean. What am I going to do, beg you to talk to me? Doubt that. I am 40 years old. Get a grip.    | |

Posted: 6/1/2009 12:30:58 AM | This year I have  every day. In January 2009 my 35 year old son died of complications of Gulf War Syndrom  then March 4th 2009, my husband of 16 years announces I WANT A DIVORCE and just walked out on me,
Here it is June 1st 2009,and yes I am still every day. Some times I wonder if I will ever stop ,and stop feeling the pain.

Posted: 10/9/2009 5:52:57 AM | I cried last week, thinking of my father whom I never knew, wondering what advice he would give me in my current predicament. Cried because I can't ever have a conversation with him over a pint in a pub and put the world (and women lol) to rights.
We cry to heal, cry with joy, cry with sadness. | |

Posted: 10/10/2009 6:16:59 AM | | i was 6 years old when i was exposed to an act of violence that was very bloody my tears disappeared that day and never came back,i am very jealous of people who can cry,people see me not crying when something bad happens like a loved one dieing or something else and assume i dont care,tears carry alot of weight........i miss them. | |

Because I was alive, I had a rush of blood to the heart as it were, I felt happy, yet sad, faced loss and a new beginning, uncertainty, no control and I was happy to be comfortable in the grey area. When I hit the 1st floor, I had a smile. That was the slowest damned elevator I was ever on too! | |

Posted: 11/8/2009 11:46:22 AM | | This morning. Still just can't believe some of the life changing events that happened between 07 and 09 in my life. My husband passed away, then his brother was killed a year and 5 days after in a horrible accident. My daughter was diagnosed with a rare disease of the connective tissues, and now my son is being deployed to Afghanistan in February. Oh, and I got involved with a guy ( not from pof) who I thought was going to be the new love of my life, but he was a liar and a narcissist.It is so much in a short time frame. Life is moving at a fast pace for me, and it gets overwhelming. I also feel stronger in in this aftermath, so there have been mixed blessings. Like a tree that has taken root, to withstand the storms.The good thing about POF, is that I have actually made some freat friends of my own gender here on the forums. Their friendship alone has made it worthwhile to come here. | |

There was a study about tears to show how important and healthy it is to cry. in this study, tears shed from peeling onions were shown to only contain saline. Tears shed from grief were compared and shown to contain toxins. So, if you are sad, go ahead and bawl it out. It's good for you. | |

Experts believe recovering from a broken heart (or a toxic relationship) effects the person on a cellular level. I can relate to that completely from a previous relationship many moons ago. Crying is an essential part of the healing process. | |

I have been recently dating a guy from pof farrokh51 on here.Anyway on the 6th date we went to his place. This was on Friday i was supposed to stay overnight for the first time.He lives in Richmond Hill I am in Toronto.He told me to get the scale and he did from his bathroom put it on the kitchen floor and was making fun of me.I have gained 40lbs this year because of my headache medication. He was telling me to lose 50 to 60.He was pointing at the parts that are most fat.I was so upset i said take me home,we were only there 3 hours.He starting laughing and i said why are you laughing,he said your crazy,i said you are an ***hole,you dont do that to a girl.If you didnt like it then why go past the first date i have been this size since before i met him.So we drove all the way to Toronto in total silence.When he dropped me off at my apartment he said im sorry i hurt you.What would any of you do in this situation? | |

But according to the thread title, I cried today while driving. Oh, and yesterday too. And the day before that. And before that. And practically every day since my wife left me three weeks ago. Doesn't take much to set it off. A tv program she liked, an emotional song, an article of clothing she bought me that I put on or take off, any one of the countless memories of love I have from our relationship, marriage and honeymoon.
All gone. I feel like I want to cry right now. | |

Tell him to go fcck himself - but he obviously does that on a daily basis in just
his treatment of you.
Dont look back - look forward. He is verbally and emotionally abusive.
Just think what could have been.
If you are going to cry, cry tears of joy that you know what a fccktard he
is.
If someone cannot accept you for you and all that you are, then he is not
worth accepting one ioda of what he is. Including his need to hurt you.
He is sorry - My Mother always says, "the best word is the word unsaid".
