If there's any urgency, I'd recommend CCing a copy to BOTH Allison and I. I've already started CCing official matters to her so that she's up on top of things. This way the first one to get it can act.
This thread was not started simply because one man bothered one woman. It's not a gender-biased issue. I've deleted a few threads lately that were basically started to incite man-bashing, candy-coated though they were.
If you've got general issues, post them in a general manner and remember that someone of the opposite sex might be having the exact same problem. (That'd be part of the "Think before I post")
I, myself, was accused of being dictatorial yesterday in a message. Dictators make the rules - we just administer them. While that person enjoys some time off, I'll keep plugging away.
That said,

p.s. on june 8th i replied to an email from "late" re: bashing other members by name, for which i apologized profusely, had no idea about & promised never again...which is the case.
my first day on this site i stumbled upon a number of posts that were some nasty personal attacks on me, by my r/l ex under a former acct. i do know better than to sink to that level 'cause the only way to hold a man in the gutter is to get right down there with him.
once again...i'm truly sorry and always try my best to treat others with decency & respect.
