Now some people don’t even consider oral sex as sex.

we can thank former president Clinton for that ridiculous notion.

What is your definition of sex?

It seems to me that people are creating an awfully narrow definition just to avoid labeling something as sex. Why? Foreplay is one of several stages of sex, not a seperate concept. If you are doing something that involves the genitals of another person for the purposes of pleasure of either person involved, it's sex.

Amen to that! People are so casual about intimate encounters these days that they minimize anything except penetration to NOT sexual in nature. That is bull sh1t.
If a man has his hands down my pants, then that's a sexual contact. If I let a man get his hands down my pants, its not a consolation prize. He can bet money that eventually, I will let him put his mouth there and his c0ck.

As far as I am concerned anything that involves the genitalia with direct contact is a stage of sex. If the goal is to pleasure with arousal or orgasm its sex, whether its a hand job, blow job/eating pu$$y, or penetration.

Penetrative sex or sexual intercourse, also known as copulation or coitus, commonly refers to the act in which the male reproductive organ enters the female reproductive tract.[1][2] The two entities may be of opposite sexes or not, or they may be hermaphroditic, as is the case with snails. In recent years, penetration of non-sexual organs (oral intercourse, anal intercourse) or by non-sexual organs (fingering, fisting) are also sometimes included in this definition.[2] Traditionally, intercourse has been viewed as the natural endpoint of all sexual contact between a man and a woman.[2]

Non-penetrative sex (oral sex may or may not be penetrative) and mutual masturbation have been referred to as "outercourse".[3][4][5][6] "Outercourse" is something of a misnomer, as it contrasts "outer" with "inter" but the "inter" in "intercourse" means "between two people" or beings. It does not describe being inside or outside of the body. The word sex, in the context of sexual intimacy, is often, if not universally, understood to include any mutual genital stimulation, i.e. both intercourse and outercourse.[7]

People are so aware of the number of sexual partners a person has had in their lifetime.
I think some individuals would rather not include these in the tally for they would realize what a bunch of sex crazed horn dogs we have become
