I can't make fun of him because he really pulled off that towel! On second thought, no he didn't but we wish he would have...

No sweetie I've not. I guess STL is way too big for that. Now I did have someone I used to date ages ago and met in real life contact me here. We went out a few times again but he flaked out on me. I'm not sure what I'd do if I did. And I don't pay attention to faces out here enough to even notice. | |

Posted: 12/10/2008 9:36:16 AM | Yeah... I work in one of the largest buildings in the city and... I'm sure a lot of the guys in the building I've seen on POF. I have a lot of girlfriends on the site too, so I run into guys they have met on occassion - it's a small world.
I came across a profile on the site and recognized a pic of my cousin in one of the guys profile pics... definitely a small world. | |

I walked into this tattoo shop with a friend, and the tattoo guy told me that I looked familiar but he didn't know where. I was with a friend that I didn't want knowning that I was posting profiles on date sites, because she would have never let me live it down. I never said anything to him, because I remembered where I have seen him at.
Another time I saw someone I had been dating from here in the grocery line with another female. I hadn't seen him in a bit. We spent some good times together and partied, we just lost touch. I saw why then.
That is why you should never stock anyone from the dating sites, karma will raise it's ugly head and bite you in the @$$.

Posted: 12/28/2008 11:39:24 AM | Only been on here two weeks, but couple nights ago at a local sports bar was getting really really really stared at; have exchanged pics with a few people in the area on here in my couple weeks since I refuse to put it on my profile itself and didn't always ask for one in return; and can't help but wonder if he recognized me or something. It was not a stranger's stare... wondered about it at the time; but maybe that was it.
Could be wrong tho. Maybe he just didn't feel like blinking. | |

Apparently I have and didn't even know it until I received an email from him a few days later. One of the guys that email me on occassion let me know that he saw me at juvenile court one day when I was working. He told me he was gonna come up and talk to me but he didn't know how I would react. I told him he should have said hi but that he would probably need to refresh my memory as to where I knew him from since I meet so many different people in a days time. I wouldn't want to confuse him for one of my clients. I think it would be cool to run into people in the community that I chat with on line!
I also see my clients online on occasion. I even had one email me once...Now that was awkward. I just blocked him and didn't respond.  | |

Kinda creepy, too - to the point to where I'm thinking, "Is somethin' hangin' outta my nose?", or "Is my freakin' fly open?...
Anyway, that does it - I'm having a t-shirt printed up that says:
No, you did NOT see me on POF.

It was semi-awkward running into her at work on occasion. It was not quite the "one night stand you keep on running into at Wal-Mart and the Grocer" awkward, but it was awkward. | |
