Perhaps IF it needs to be posted in can be Posted in the Dec. 05 party thread???

This is a different event... and a little different kind of event where the most potent
thing is the imported maple syrup.

What the hell does this have to do with a breakfast thread? Not all men are jerks!

Some men (and women) are stupid, but the rest of us are ok! Breakfast is awesome, you should try it.

That's a good breakfast conversation. They just completed a study at Layola University in Louisiana that compares the intellect of men and women. Some interesting stuff.

Potluck baked goods sounds great! I should make some butter tarts ... hmm almost sounds like I'm attending this... lol

Still not sure if I'll be able to make it. I could go straight over from work and go sleep on the pool table and someone can wake me up when you guys get there!!!

...I should make some butter tarts ...

Just remember, your favorite Santa L-O-V-E-S butter tarts, especially the runny, gooie ones!! He could be convinced to make a trip back to Calgary before Christmas just to pick up those special treats!!

I make butter tarts.. but I do put pecans in mine along with the raisins!
Not sure how gooey they are but I have a friend who gobbles them done
by the handful. Not sure I will have my Christmas baking done by the 21!!

Whipped shortbread anyone??

It is easy... for the beginners you might need to watch Catwoman a few times
to figure out how to flick the whip!

I know... that was bad but I am still at worked and slight MIFFED!

gggrrrrrr!!!!

Ok, you guys seriously don't want me to bake... really.

This coming week is going to be really busy for me, and I'm going to be pretty busy that weekend as well, so no baked goods from me guys, sorry. Just no time for it. Will definitely be there for brekkie that weekend though. Have to, I've already been threatened that if I don't show up, I'm going to have a parade of pj clad people on my front lawn...

I am thinking of making a shopping trip to Calgary this weekend...

Do we really have to wear PJ's in public?

EG - Yep! We wear PJ in public. The staff will be wearing PJs that day as well.

And if you need help shopping... there are some pro shoppers in the crowd!
Duffster (who needs to change his joke) is an amazing shopper and gives great
advice.

Aw come on EG, live it up!

Last time we wore pj's, we had a blast, got some funny looks, sure, but whatever, we all had fun, that's what counts right?

Then again, I've been known to go to Home Depot in my jammies, so it's nothing new to me

Even the staff have said they will join in in the pajama's thing.

The other option is to wear something with a Christmas theme to it, and EG, you would look good in either mistletoe or a swaddling blanket!

Golly, 42 signed up, we may have to use the pool table for eating at!!
