| My theory on the male vs female sex drive Posted: 12/13/2008 2:14:49 PM | I have experience both. My ex-wife wanted it less, especially during our last few years together. I never lost my interest until the end when I was met with rejection much of the time when I made the effort to initiate sex. I am 8 years older than she is. She went through a mid-life crisis. I did not. After we separated she went nuts, hooking up left and right. She used some of the settlement money for a boob job. She was in her mid-forties and I think she was using younger men to compensate for her insecurity about aging.
My current partner who, I’ve been with for 2 years is 13 years younger than me and wants sex more now than when we first met. As, you can imagine, I am very pleased.

| My theory on the male vs female sex drive Posted: 12/14/2008 4:31:08 PM | that's absurd in my opinion.....and if you want it then say you want it lol
men have a higher sex drive on average because we have testosterone and you women have a very very very small amount...simple and true

| My theory on the male vs female sex drive Posted: 12/14/2008 5:08:36 PM | I 100% agree with this "theory." With my ex husband...when we were dating we had sex like rabbits, up to several times a day. Once I moved in with him it went down to around once a week, maybe twice. Once we got married it was once a week or once every other week...up to three weeks in between sex.
I have a very high sex drive normally, so I was always asking for the sex in my past serious relationship.

| My theory on the male vs female sex drive Posted: 12/14/2008 5:18:29 PM | | Sex drive is very complicated . I met some women with a very high sex drive and others with none at all . The high sex drive is a blessing and what I noticed is that women with high sex drive respect me and get along with me better . | |

| B.S. Posted: 12/14/2008 5:53:35 PM | | I think biologically men are equiped to have multiple sex partners and one might get boring on that level. Maybe you should change it up abit and buy a wig. | |

| B.S. Posted: 12/14/2008 6:24:26 PM | | There's a lot of sterotypes flying around. I find my sex drive is as high if not higher than when I was young and the whole "women want sex all the time when they get older" line seems to be a fabrication. They rarely seem to want sex at all from what I've noticed. | |

| My theory on the male vs female sex drive Posted: 12/29/2008 3:23:21 PM | It is not emotional for women; we feel your pain of trying to get it up and the emotionality comes out..... women love good sex.
I am speaking for me :) | |

| My theory on the male vs female sex drive Posted: 12/29/2008 3:57:52 PM | Holy cow! I was ready to argue just on the subject title, but everything you wrote is true for me.
I truly believe that once a man has a 'regular source of booty' and knows he can get regularly~ ITS ACTUALLY THE WOMAN WHO WANTS IT MORE OFTEN ONCE IN A COMMITTED RELATIONSHIP
And it confuses me with all these guys complaining that women don't want sex.

most women are capable of multiple orgasms. If a woman is unable to achieve an orgasm, it's most likely due to other issues, NOT the placement of the clitoris. Or could be the man has absolutely no technique at all, lol.
This isn't really true. Most women can't have orgasms in all kinds of ways, most can only get it in one way, and for most, it is through clitoral stimulation. For many women, the vaginal canal is nearly devoid of the needed nerve endings to achieve vaginal orgasm. Many women can't achieve orgasm at all, and it has nothing to do with issues, they are just physiologically incapable of it. Some can, but have a very difficult time achieving regular orgasms. Then there are those who can achieve orgasms easily and do almost everytime they have sex or masturbate, these are the ones who get the multiple orgasms. Women who easily orgasm almost always are able to have multiple orgasms. Once one comes, the genitals are more swollen and sensitive and orgasms come easier, after all. It is as if they get to make up for all the orgasms that other women can't have, rather unfair.
I have a very difficult time having an orgasm. I have had very few, and even if I "squirt" and have all the signs of an orgasm, I still don't have the same feeling as a true orgasm. I know the difference.
People seem to think that however their experience is, is how everyone else's is. Seriously, go read some scientific studies.

| My theory on the male vs female sex drive Posted: 2/19/2009 12:58:07 PM | I think men want more sex during the relationship, or that is just my luck... I find that the tricks that work early on, cause you are both awake, together, there, don't work and that it is a lot more work to get her into bed, which someitmes when you are tired... well a quick wank is so much more efficient...LOL
but hey that is just my luck I guess

| My theory on the male vs female sex drive Posted: 3/18/2009 10:38:21 PM | Some say the man's drive disappears as his golf game becomes more importaint, and a ladies disappears as the minister says " I now pronounce you...."
