As for the OP.. there are other techniques to retrain the gag reflex. Common knowledge is when you brush your teeth, you should work the toothbrush towards the back of your throat each time you brush.. each time going a wee bit further. I can stick my finger down my throat without gagging. I can't brush my teeth without gagging on the foam. I've deep throated a couple of times, but was incredibly drunk at the time. | |

It might work, might not, but its worth a shot! It was my friends suggestion that she uses. I dont know if it works, I dont have that problem.
