Hit the nail on the head. I was having dinner in Philly on Friday night. We had a window seat. We were right where the action is. I saw skirts so short I could see their underwear sticking out the bottom of the skirt (yes, you are reading that right). I saw tops of thigh highs along with the garter going up.
Some looked nasty, some looked smokin..... they all looked like they were looking for a romp in the bed that night. | |
