I'm walking two full circuits of the B concourse at exercise pace when the clueless goobers stay out of my way.
Why some folks can look right at me, see how fast I am walking and still either step out in front of me or walk into my path and stop, is beyond me. I don't think its gonna feel good when my mass collides with theirs and yet they are counting on my "brakes" being good enough to not mow them over. Duh.
That's about 50 minutes per circuit. Its a looooonnnnnnnggggg concourse with 75 gates. I don't know how far, I left my pedometer at home. :( | |

I just got some salmon veggie burgers and grilled them, they were great. New PR for me last nite in the way of bench pressing-woohoo-120#s. So Bay if u don't behave , maybe I will be able to kick ya in yr arse.

| Fitness challenge.... Posted: 6/30/2009 8:26:43 AM | Pushing to walk more. 2.3 miles today around Winghaven at a clip that gets my heart rate up and breathing. The tendons and calves are so tight, I need to stretch more before heading out.
I saw an egret dining at the "Tadpole Buffet", a deer across the pond watching the proceedings, a squadron of hunter-killer dragonflies out on a mosquito-munching sortie.
Moderately warm, sunny and breezy. Worked up a good sweat but did not overheat.
Now that I will be out-of-town 80% of my work week, I have to pick up the game a little. I want to minimize my eating out while on the road so the goal is to hit local markets, grab salad fixings, raw veg and fresh fruits. My boss isn't going to believe what a "cheap date" I am... | |

Took Jim from O'Fallon kayaking today-woohoo, we kayaked in strong head winds for almost 2.5 hrs. So much fun. I know James is feeling the pain now and later. Than I went and did a dynamic class, so don't you all think, I deserve some ice cream for that? Anyone have chocolate chip mint please... And James, not bad, but here is your scolding, late is not an option, running to n fro to car x3, not acceptable, write it down, pack the nite before. Thanks for lunch, but u can't suck up that way-lol Welcome to the kayak club.
