The gal at my Dr's office has been taking classes to certify as an insturctor.. she doesn't have a class going just yet.

| Fitness challenge.... Tuesday July 28th!
Posted: 8/30/2009 12:55:52 AM | Wow, what a day! After being up late watching my grandson.... I was up early and helping my brother for a couple hours, the home again to load up my bike. Get ready to hang out with some friends. Drive to meet them, play water volleyball, then headed straight downtown for the moonlight ramble. That was a tough ride. I don't know why but it took all I had to finish it. At the end, they gave out MOON PIES & FAT TIRE BEER! I think I walked around waiting for the ride to start more than I actually rode!
I did a very silly thing... when I loaded up my bike, I forgot the tires... , thanks to my daughter, she was getting ready to visit some friends & brought them to me! 
With any luck, I will be on the bike trail by 2pm Sunday! Anyone that wants to join me, email me! | |
