Posted: 1/4/2009 12:14:10 PM | It was ours for the taking. We had a lot of games that went that way this year sadly. Poor coaching? Hell yes as it has shown after Singletary showed up. Cassell showed to be a good QB. I'm still weary on his quality though and if he is just a product of the excellent system put in place. We will see next year. Even so, rumor has it that he is getting the tag and might be traded. The number one guess? The Niners. I highly doubt we make a move for him.
I don't like that Patriots. I came close to hating them but you can't ignore Billicheats brilliance and the talent. So, I have nothing to add. | |

This isn't a Patriots thread so I won't go on about the Patriots.
You're right, so why did you bring up the Pats in a the wrong thread?
They earned all the bad luck they have been given and then some.
And what kind of bad luck did they have during the season?
We lost Brady....Patriots overcame it.
We were plagued with injuries....Patriots overcame it.
They were predicted to win only 8 games....Patriots overcame it.
The only thing, which there is a discrepancy in qualifying in the playoffs, is that they did not win the division. Although, it was narrow down to its last game. There was hope all the way to the end.
Patriots will be back next season, and still come out strong. Bad luck? Patriots will overcome it.  | |

Care to offer a different opinion?
I was born in Dallas though. I grew up in Mexico for the first 10 and something years then lived in SF for about 3 years and I've been in Dallas ever since. My hatred towards the Cowkids came about from my dad who was from the bay area and grew up during the 80s and 90s. I'm trying to pass on the hatred to my little brothers and I think its working. Bwahaha | |

The NFL wouldn't be what it is if it wasn't for the Cowboys providing serious drama and entertainment. It's like one of those feel good movies that makes everybody happy, then, it ends sadly where the main character loves. I laugh. The rest cry.
