Posted: 5/28/2009 3:42:34 PM | | Well folks, I have bad news for you. I am a Dallas Cowboy fan, but realistically speaking, it doesn't matter that Burress is gone. The giants went out and drafted 2 very talented receivers. Nicks is a purest and even though Ramses Prince Barden may not be a starter his first year in the league, he has a nose for the endzone. Eli will have targets to throw to, he will also have a very good running game and a solid defense as well. BTW, dennyden, maybe Plax was trying to shoot himself in the foot and missed. Stranger things have happened. | |

george strait has sold out 80,000 at the new cowboy stadium the 1st week of june.construction is not completed , ouch | |

He is incapable of winning the big game. I hope Romo is ready to move past his previous late season tank jobs. Roy Williams is going to need to step it up big time at receiver. The O line has to do a better job pass blocking, and cut way back on the penalties. | |

With wade calling the shots on defense this season & the additions they have made the Cowboys have the talent to take them all the way. Unfortunately Their nemisis last year was injurys. Not only on defense but also at RB, QB & O-LINE. I certainly feel much more at ease with Jon Kitna as Romos backup as opposed to Brad Johnson & his total lack of mobility.
The Cowboys have the talent to go all the way. Keeping that talent healthy is another thing. Time will tell.. | |

well picking a team ( colts ) that have one of the best q.bs ever that has 2 nfl mvps and has won a superbowl doesnt seem like a far feetched pick, hate on peyton all you want, hes great, i hate brady but atleast i admit hes great because he is. if peyton was a cowboy you would be ridding his nuts. oh well what else can you expect from a fan from a team that has not won a playoff game in a decade and a half, let me answer my own question, this is what i expect from a fan like that,lol. but i does agree with the saints point,i dont think they are going to win it either, even though brees is a good qb, then again you never know, things change fast in the nfl.for example just a couple of years ago most thought romo was a good qb,now we see hes just a bum,lol | |
