As easy as it is for you to meet at the pub on the corner, the real creeps can and will follow you.
I think that even if nothing bad happens if you give in and meet them at your house or their house... chances are you're gonna be bossed around a lot more.
Not smart to start of a relationship where someone doesn't care what you want.
I've talked to my awesome guy friends about this. I asked them to promise to only meet girls in public places.
Not so much for the safety of my guy friends... but so that the girls don't get in the habit of meeting people at their houses. | |

Posted: 1/15/2009 2:44:31 AM | I had someone come pick me up from my house once, he had driven a fair way so I invited him in for a coffee...
(I thought It would be nice you know, old fashioned courting, kiss on the doorstep at the end of the night n all that)
...All I can say is his hands tried to roam, I had to push him off.

Posted: 1/26/2009 6:51:47 AM | | Yesterday I had a meeting with this guy in a public place..he actually bought me a Hot chocolate I was stunned !!!and then he walked off without paying and the cashier came to our table and told him. How is a man going to woo a woman with this terrible behaviour. And he also said to me let us do something else ..I said what?? and he said come to my place and look at my fishes...oooh!!! that was a good one..naturally I declined..two minutes later he said he had an appointment ... I was so glad that he went. | |
