There was nothing said about the 83 people being a business transaction, so that does not make her a whore, some of you people think you are so insightful. thats a good point. some woman seek love and think they will find it by sleeping with anyone that gives them positvie attention. sometimes lack of love or neglect growing up causes such problems.

Lets face the facts. She is 26, had 83 partners. That might be:
- she is over interested in sex (its a red flag coz she probably gonna be cheating on him in future),
- she was making poor judgments about other guys and after having sex she was dumped (what if her judgments are still poor and she will change her mind... the guy will get hurt)
- she is just promiscuous, and she had a lot of one night stands ( do you thing she changed so drastically ? )
- she might be HIV positive or has STDs (you never know before you check)
- she had a poor morals, sleeping with so many guys
and the list goes on...
I can see plenty red flags... I would run away.
And people who are seeing it as a ok thing, probably would do the same.
I slept with few women, and im already looking for LTR.
She didnt after 82 guys.
And imo labeling her as a slut is a right thing.
Lets make a quiz:
How could you call a women who has one night stands ?
a) classy women
b) good wife and mother of my child material

He just needs to be honest with her and say he can't deal with it. Or he can suggest they go to couples therapy so he is sure he can cope long term. | |

He just might be. I wouldnt blame him if he was. Not every man is confident enough to follow 83 other men. How would you feel if you were being compared to 83 other women? Maybe he worries that after 83 other men he might not be good enough to to satisfy her. I might worry the same. When people do things they dont think of what the consequences might be later on in life.

I think so too.
It is sad. She might have found a nice guy but her past behaviours will have ruined it. Obviously she wanted him enough to marry him. So it is sad she will probably lose out in the long run.

The girl in question who supposedly slept with 83 people at age ,what 24 or something? That's just ridiculous, it does matter. Why so many guys?? That's not normal..healthy...shows problems with relationships and commintment..self-esteem, and on and on. She may have picked up some STD viruses that could make her infertile or diseased down the road, whatever...it DOES matter! Studies are showing that the herpes virus can cause cancer down the road..like in throat cancer, cervical and such. As an RN who has seen these types of diagnosis and treatments, I can tell you, you don't want to be having sections of your throat (or where ever) removed! It obviously matters to you/your friend. Now if she's an adult film star...maybe 83 isn't that many...but for a reg girlfriend, especially for a wife and most importantly..for a mother, yes this matters...wow! Very permiscous! But if you/your friend are really that in love with her and she with you, maybe you can get these things checked out at a clinic and get some premarital counseling. Just don't rush into anything before you really think about what it could actually mean to your and her futures.
I would think the same way if it were a man I had an interest in...no difference to me as to health and emotional issues..consequences.

When you judge others be careful not to condemn yourself in the process. We all have a past. It's not for us to decide what is acceptable for someone else. I would like you to think back to your mid to late teens when your testosterone pump was nuclear driven in overdrive 24/7 and you would have nailed a snake if you could find someone to hold it still, and maybe even a pile of rocks if you thought there was a snake living in it. I'm reasonably sure, if given the opportunity there would be enough skeleton's in your closet to qualify as a mass graveyard.

If it is a true scenrio, what the heck, what is the more likely reality is this potential bride figured out the groom was either lying about his "number" or a self righteous lame duck and is just really yanking his chain.
