| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/13/2009 4:45:41 PM | I've done it a couple of times when the ladies room was a single room and it was occupied, and the men's wasn't and I really needed to. I would never walk in a larger men's room and I make no apologies. | |

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 2:14:01 AM | I've gone to the men's washroom when the women's washroom was full, you have no choice sometimes.. It was allright... In the United States and maybe different countries there are unisex washrooms..

WAAAAAAY back in High School i was involved in a discussion on this Important Topic. On of my friends described what was involved in her average trip to the Head, involving rearranging clothes, hunting for paper, and other Great Mysteries we men knew nothing about. She then asked us what we did besides unzip, stand and piss. She also compared the space needed for a sit-down toilet vs a urinal or the old stand around the big ceramic circle and piss devices that were often found in Mens Rooms. Women MIGHT be more inclined to object to a man walking into a Womans Room due to the number of men who commit rape versus the number of Female Rapists
What SHOULD a woman do when she has to go and the line is to long ? I did not notice that many fans on the Water Sports thread. Would guys have them just piss where they stand ? I can see the threads starting up now: “ I spent $203 for concert tickets and the bltch ruined the evening by pissing in our seats. She KNEW i wouldn’t try to get into her pants after she did that! She did it just to ruin my night!"
By the way, the men down at the end of the bar want to buy you a beer or 12, Ma'am. Nothing like a little diuretic between friends, yes ?
There is a difference between "Equal Rights" and "Identical Plumbing". The ERA was not going to take away mens ability to piss in a dark ally...or a well lit one. Nor was it going to fit every woman with a catheter. We are built differently...Thank God.
Why does it seem that the woman who find nothing wrong with this have a sense of humor and many of those who are against it do not? ( It could just be me)

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 3:57:59 AM | this pissess the f*ck out of me. its because they dont feel like standing in line in the womens bathroom. so they go to ours acting all cute and taking up our toilets. its so annoying because u end up with 2 co ed bathrooms with huge lines if its a small restroom. i always found it funny how the line up to the womens bathrooms is so big and the guys just go in and out. but it seems that that era is over | |

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 8:00:00 AM | It takes so much time for women partly because that's where they hang out to gossip..
discuss the guys in the club, or whatever..wouldn't there be better places than ones smelling of poop &/or pee to do that?

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 10:01:13 AM | We Fest in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota has such a problem with the women invading the west restrooms that they have to post security outside the doors and they have been know to eject women who have wandered into the wrong side. I experienced a young lady using the mens room at the east side restroom and it didn't bother me, I just question slow walk past the urinal as half a dozen young studs were using it.......can you say window shopping? Obviously I was ignored, sigh.
I think the reason they try to enforce it at We Fest is the legal problems. It seems that it would be silly for a women who uses the facilities to claim sexual harassment or assault but this IS Minnesota and anything can happen here.

Sorry, but not every woman feels the need to do that. In fact, I HATE the fact that someone can't go to the bathroom on their own. When I have to go, I just go. I don't feel the need to tell anyone or have anyone come with me.
Women take longer because they have a little more to do than just shake it. Some people pee faster than others.
Then there's the new one: Women sitting there checking their texts while in the stall!!

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 10:56:37 AM | I see nothing wrong with it, uranal are usually aganst the wall. Women know men have a penis, but I don't think they really want to see us pee. Men know that women have a vagina, but don't really want to see her pee. Open stalls? If there's a long line, why not. Even if there's not a line, but a good distance away but no line, whats wrong? actually I see nothing wrong with having unisex bathrooms. I don't see anything wrong with couples that have been sexually active to occupy an outhouse stall if there is a long line.

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 11:31:49 AM | I've peed in the men's. At the theater there's usually an empty one, while the women are lined up around the block. I've yet to do it when men are actually in it.
Yes, unfortunately there's a double standard re: men peeing in the women's. But unfortunately there's a double standard biologically- women have smaller bladders, pee more often, take longer to pee sitting down, and always require an actual toilet. So until the architects and event planners of the world smarten up and start consistently building public washrooms in proportion to who actually uses them, especially in venues like live theaters where women outnumber men 10 to 1, or until unisex washrooms prevail, the invasion of the men's room continues. Sorry boys, but if you want your space back, we need more of our own.
If I ever saw a men's washroom lined up around the block, and an empty women's, I wouldn't personally have a problem with a man using the women's, but I've yet to see it, as I'm not a big pro-sports fan.
Also, lots have probably experienced this: You're on a road trip and the guys have to pee. So they just pull over and pee. Hey, it's an empty highway, it's dark, no one but nature is looking, so who cares right? You finally get to a rest stop, and what do you know, the women are lined up and the men's are empty. Must be because the women are gossiping right? Or because they can't pee at he side of the road! I'm sure most of you eligible gentlemen, with your civilized ideas about gender segregation and proper peeing etiquette, have never peed on the side of the road or a tree like my young uncivilized friends have, but you are still benefiting from the guys that do, as they are not taking up your toilets.

d'ohh..but sometimes the political correctness runs amok the other way..
like in BC Place in Vancouver..they did studies that concluded that women take more time so put twice as many women's stalls as men's.
without figuring that just MAYBE men outnumber women in attendance at sporting events??
(CFL, MLB, etc.)
so now I bet they have no line-ups for the women's..and long line-ups for the men's.
VVVV
solution:
Depends..

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 11:40:47 AM | Please most of the clubs I go to have unisex bathrooms . The malls have a "family" restroom You ever go to a sporting event concert or a movie after it lets out ?
Woman with in line with crossed legs peering over the each others heads to see how many more people are ahead of them. I try to go before the events starts and avoid drinking. But not always possible (try 9 innings in August at a Phils game)
If the lines too long I am using the men's room let some other woman watch the door while I do. or just do in ..like I care?
Seen one Seen them all
I have often challenged women to go with me . Cause we were sick of waiting .

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 11:55:42 AM | Ever see the T.V. show Ally McBeal? They had a co-ed bathroom on that show. I think the world would be a much better place with co-ed bathrooms and co-ed sleepover parties...fun, fun!
Just my .2 cents worth. Lighten up a lil...it's just tinkle and we are all human. It's like farting during sex...but that is another thread entirely.

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/14/2009 12:16:40 PM | """do you find this behavior acceptable? has it happened to you? any random thoughts on the subject of girls invading the boys room or what would happen if it were THE OTHER WAY AROUND?"""
What a fracking stupid question. Come on dude. Admit your perversions (an automatic given for anyone posting in the "sex" forum).
Well I for one don't care what bathroom drunk people use in nightclubs. Actually if sexy girls wanna use the mens room, I'll hand them a tissue. It actually turns me on, but not enough to write a stupid topic about it.
Is that what you wanted? A little humiliation with your titilation?

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 1/15/2009 12:37:37 PM | i might add that i cannot condone men peeing in the sink.
once someone pees in the sink, no one who knows of it will wash their hands in there. pee could've gotten up on the handles or even on the faucet itself. i've seen some guys take a swig of water out of there or wash their face.
peeing in the sink spoils it for everyone and only a crass horse's azz would do something like that.

...guilty.
i promise, nothing went amiss or tainted the faucet. i cleaned up extremely well. but when there's one toilet and it's out of service, i see no reason why societal views should prevent my system from doing as nature intended. i'm not into the whole suffering in silence thing.
women's bathroom line taking forever, i'm going in the men's room. men's room backed up, i'm going outside.
...guys have it easier because they can more discreetly take a whizz in public. but really, if i ever saw a guy coming out of the women's room i would probably shrug it off as slightly-discreet-but-mostly-sketchy-hooking-up.

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 2/2/2009 3:47:29 PM | Guys. go ahead, use the ladies room.... if the line to the men's room is several people deep and there is not lane for the ladies, let loose!
I have used the men's room (normally with the warning "Female coming in!"). And believe it or not, it is because I needed to relieve myself, not come in and stare at someone's penis. Gents, c'mon into the ladies room, as long as it is to pee and not ogle... what's the big deal?

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 2/2/2009 4:35:33 PM | Wow. I'm really getting a lesson here in the urinating habits of the rest of the country.
Clubs in NY don't have gender specific restrooms - sometimes there's only one big one, and regardless, more people are having sex and doing drugs than peeing.
Even my college dorm had unisex bathrooms.
|
| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 2/2/2009 4:51:08 PM | I thoroughly enjoy breaking gender rules. I can't help it. They're so ridiculous!
Have I used the men's room? Of course! My response when those poor men folk look at me ranges from: I'm really a man, just in the middle of a change. to What? You don't want me to see it??
The point is, isolating genders to go to the bathroom is a little stupid. We can have sex with the same organs I'll remind you, happily put those organs into our mouths and other areas, but we can't see each other urinate? I don't get it. I think bathrooms should be organized according to height. Short and tall. That way, no one is ever left with their knees around their head or or their feet dangling. Much more comfortable.

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 2/2/2009 5:45:25 PM | | My dad once told me how he was in the men's bathroom at an amusement park and pregnant lady came in to use the stall in the men's bathroom because the ladies line was too long for her to wait. Personally I'd rather use the guys bathroom if it helps avoid an accident. Same with guys... if it helps them avoid an accident then go for it... just call in the door and ask first. | |

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 2/2/2009 5:56:09 PM | Go to Paris. You'll get over any inhibitions in that area soon. I was shocked my first two days there, refused to go into a public toilet. Then I found out that even in the best restaurants and hotels, there is only one "toilette", and its unisex. By the end of my trip, I was over it.
Then I went to college (this was a loong time ago) and my university was one of the first in the area to go to co-ed floors in the dorms. Well, as chance would have it, the "ladies" room was right across the hall from my room, and the "mens" room was all the way at the end of the hall (this was a big dorm, so we're talking at least 100 yards or so). We called a floor meeting and asked all the women if they would be upset if we men used the ladies room, and the answer was, not if you let us use the mens room on the far end of the hall! I remember standing at a sink once, nothing but a towel wrapped around my waist, shaving. One of the women on the hall came out of a shower stall behind me, her hair wrapped in a towel and a large bath towel wrapped around the rest of her. She put her foot up on the sink next to me and started shaving her legs! She nicked herself and asked if I had "one of those things that stings but stops the bleeding" (styptic pencil) which I did, and I loaned it too her. All of this was very relaxed, nonchalant, as if I lived in a big, extended family with lots of sisters. The only time it became upsetting was when I was taking a long, hot shower and realized that the hall fox was in the stall next to me! As much as I hated to do it, I turned off the hot water, stood under the cold water for about 30 seconds, and problem solved...
We are really way too uptight about sexuality.....I participated in all of the campus rallies and protests, was in the middle of one at my school when Kent State went down, and people were a lot more relaxed and comfortable with sex and sexuality back then. But then, the nastiest thing you could catch could generally be cured by a shot of penicillin...

| Women Peeing In The Men's Room Posted: 2/2/2009 6:49:47 PM | That often happens. The girls room is just packed, and hey, everyone has to do it somewhere.
Shoot I've even been in the guys can when it was so busy guys were using the sink! Thankfully no girls were in there THAT day!
In my youth we were partying in the guys can, and must have seen about 30 girls in a half hour in there. What did we do? Two of us went into the girls bathroom with a full beer to hang out. Really funny, and really neat experiance. Must have had my hair combed and styled like 30 times. LOL Had a few great conversations, had a few phone number handed to me. I think they liked that we had the guts to do it back to them.
Don't get all 'in a flap' about it. It happens. So what?
