You couldn't be drunk enough to miss this one - it was awesome!

This thread brought up two of my pet pee-ves. One, sexually segregated bathrooms. I agree with Cheshire, we need to reorganize the bathroom system in this county. I propose a simple division, one bathroom for #1, and one for #2. Why should everyone have to smell someone dropping a deuce when 90% of people just need to pee. Think about it, its lunacy.
The other Voodooguru brought up. What ever happened to the trough? I still remember when they took the troughs out of Fenway Park. I was devastated. That's peeing into a piece of history.  | |

But my theory is, if they started to go to the toilet by themselves & not in pairs or groups of 8million, (women always tend to go to the ladeis room together) maybe - just maybe - their ques wouldnt be so long to begin with.

Posted: 2/3/2009 2:46:39 AM | Well generally there is not enough facilities for women at alot of arenas. And the line for the womens room is always twice as long as the line for the mens room. So I can't blame them for going in the mens room. And of course they don't have doors on the stalls so you have to stand there in front of it so she doesn't feel like she's being stared at by a crowd of perverts.
And I think the only guys that would complain about girls using the mens room in such circumstances are guys who are afraid that some girl might see their tiny penis. The reality of the matter is that the girls go in there because they urgently need to piss and they don't care about your tiny penis. | |

We don't have to emulate anyone. They're saying "Hey, this is a neat idea I saw in France."
Don't be so ridiculous as to assume based on that sentence that we should emulate all things Parisian French. I'm not entirely sure how you're brain jumped to that conclusion, or how it has anything to do with the thread, but good on you for speaking your mind. Well done!
Moving on: Co-ed or non-gendered bathrooms are much better idea. I know most people don't want to acknowledge them, but intersexuals (those who don't fit in the strict gender types we have cast) usually feel uncomfortable having to go into one or the other. There are more of them than folks think and we should consider everybody, not just those with gender and sex matching. Plus, hey, flirting with the cute guy at the sink! | |

The line up for the womens washroom was huge! so I knocked on the door to the mens room..asked if there was a stall available and went in! When I was leaving another girl waiting in line said to me..'thats a good idea.can you guard the door for me?' I did and she went!
Dont worry guys! we only do this in extreme circumstances, we arent interested at looking at your penises while you pee, When we have to pee ourselves!
Plus guys washrooms tend to be cleaner then womens believe it or not! | |

It would have been funny if a tuxedoed maitre d escorted you to a stall.
When I was in college in the 1970's, their was a trend toward co-ed restrooms. I was the editor of my college newspaper and I spent a great deal of time in the office of the newspaper. So being there so much, I frequented a particular restroom. This was one of the restrooms that was designated as a co-ed restroom. Being the adventurous young man that I was, I did not have a problem with it. The story gets a bit more interesting at this point.
One day, standing at the urinal, minding my own business, I spy a person go to a urinal a few away from me. The restroom was not crowded. My peripheral vision made me look and I saw a woman with her foot up on the of the urinal (Captain Morgan style) and saw a yellow stream being directed to its mark, by her hand.
I though I had seen everything up to that time. But I had not! Is this something that woman can do? I am thinking that they can, but they must develop and master the technique in doing so. That is as afar as I am going to go on that. I know it can physically be done, but I shall leave the description of how to another brave soul. | |

not sure it will ever be widely accepted in N. America..not anytime soon, anyway; so many people are used to the segregation by gender
also boys are already shy enough about other men judging their size at the urinal, they might be shy about women judging them too? | |

I always holler into the bathroom that the women are about to invade, so if you're shy hide it. LOL I have also done it when my daughter had to go really bad and the women in line for the ladies room where being obnoxious and wouldn't let a small child go ahead of them. I cover her eyes on the way in and out so she doesn't see anything inappropriate. I have gotten crap about it, but taking her to the mens room is better than having a "potty accident". When it is just me invading the mens room, I gotta take a peak at what the guys who don't hide it are packin. Rarely will I use a mens room in a gas station though, bc they are usually gross and smell like the guys missed the urinal or toilet. EWWWWW!!! | |

You're right, it's not going to happen anytime soon....as long as men are in charge!
They've seen the lines we women have to wait in. There's no way they're going to get stuck doing the same! 
I had fun in a men's restroom last weekend. We were at a gay club, so there weren't any women's bathrooms in sight. It seems that the bathrooms there are more like make-out/ecstasy rooms. | |

We were at the BonJovi Concert in Atlanta and the line to the women's restroom was UNBELIEVABLE. The men were just coming and going with no line. However, they had security guards posted to prevent the ladies from taking over the gents room.
At the POF party at Chief's last Saturday I saw this happening frequently....women going in when there were already men in the...uh...process of taking care of business. | |

Yet, for us men, it's clearly acceptable to even whip it out and pee in an alley, or on any brush, or tree. Oh, and by the way, I'm guilty of peeing in a women's restroom as well. It was in a Starbucks while of course, the men's room was occupied and the women's restroom was vacant. I was in and out and "ensured" the toilet seat was left dow and "clean." | |
