The habit I have that drives ME crazy is I can't sleep if I have left something undone. I'll get in bed, remember that I have clothes in the washer, and they need to be in the dryer. I cannot sleep--I have to get up and do whatever it is that I'm thinking of, or I just sit there, thinking about it. I piss me off sometimes. | |

I just find it boring that the kids who author the stuff only speak one language. So I scribble down some lines underneath it in Russian, German and, of course, the obligatory Suomi. I'd try for Arabic, but it would just look like I sneezed. That language is sufficiently "arty" without adding the flowery fonts grafitti artists use. And besides that, it's tough to thumb through a English - Arabic / Arabic - English dictionary searching for "Motherfvcker, I'm gonna stab your face" and keep one eye out scanning for the cops at the same time.
I like to think my bad habits make the world a more artistic place. | |

Posted: 2/14/2009 3:31:53 PM | My worst habit is trusting too much in people and be too nice at them. Even if the person is extremely annoying I will give them my best smile. This can be very bad because some people will take advantage of you and others think you flirting back at them while at work (or outside work...it happened before).
Another bad habit is being to critical about movies. If I don't like it or it's a “mehhh”movie I will criticize every little detail or error. Sorry hehe. | |

Smoking....the worst...I am always "stopping" smoking, one of these days I'll get it into my head to "quit" and then I think it will work. Maybe.
I squeeze the toothpaste from the middle and leave the cap off. Annoys the h3ll out of me.
My children and ex would say "lecture"....
Before I leave on a one week trip I unplug EVERYTHING in the house.
I have been known to wash the bar of soap when stressed. (i.e. when mother-in-law or other authority figure is coming over)
I have sales receipts that are 15 years old....and have moved across the country with me.
Have I bared my soul and left myself standing naked before the multitudes ENOUGH for one evening?? Good. Going to fluff the seven pillows on my bed right after I check the front door lock three times. | |

Starting smoking after quitting for 15 years. Silly A** Bit*h!
Eating chocolate the day before weigh-in. Talk about sabotage!
Procrastination.......now when will i get around to....? Oh never mind, too late to do it today. LOL

Posted: 4/29/2009 5:19:54 PM | Leaving kitchen cabinets open. I remember I was living with someone YEARS ago and I'd walk into the kitchen and the silverware drawer would be open, or the cabinet to the dishes was open and I'd be like WTF - Jim, close the damn doors!
Only to find out it was ME doing this all along - and I STILL do it!
I know, stupid - but it drives me nuts that I do it! I'm trying to make a concerted effort to at least use my foot to close them if my hands are full :) | |

Like a lot of answers procrastination, which is now the part of my life I am working hard on. The Keys? I get home and put my keys, wallet and cell all in the exact same place every time. Haven't misplace either or them in ages. | |

OP, you have to tell us where you found your keys now after putting us through your pain. LOL.
In the side of the laptop case. Never put them there before. Was in a rush when I came home. The other set was in the dog's bed and she isn't telling how they got there, but somehow I think the little dimples on the key ring are telltale or is that tell tail | |
