| Jason Aldean concert at Ropin' & Rockin' - Nov. 7th
Posted: 11/5/2009 2:28:13 PM | I'll be helping my good friends out and working at the ticket booth til showtime! There are NO seats....bring your own if you want! Jason wanted a "party atmoshphere"!!!! The weather will be perfect!!
This is for a great cause. The kids of Fort Scott need something to do and the proceeds are going to help raise money for a park with miniature golf, batting cages, sand volleyball, etc. etc. I was part of a team in the summer of O8 that will be in the Guinness Book of World Records for laying the most miles of pennies. We laid 40.32 miles of pennies to beat the record of 34.57. We also beat another record of laying the fastest mile of pennies. Our team laid theirs in 2 hours 23 minutes and 1 second and beat the previous record by only 74 seconds!
Adam LaRoche of the Atlanta Braves, a Fort Scott native, will be on hand and he is sponsoring this event! Should be a great time!!!!!!!!!! | |

| Rumblejetts CD Release party

One of my fave bands, the Rumblejetts, are having their CD release party this Saturday, Nov 21st at Knuckleheads in KCMO. (A place I go about once a week because it's LOCAL.)
Anyhoo, 7 pm. I'll be there. It can be hard to find so I'll try to put some directions on here, but just go to knuckleheadskc.com for all the info. There is a cover charge.

| Rumblejetts CD Release party

My birthday is 2 days after Christmas, so I'm thinking about throwing myself an early birthday party on the 4th or 5th. It is too long until Tonahill's, I want to go out!
Anyone game to join me? I will probably post as an event, if there is any interest...I don't want to party alone, that can get dangerous -LOL | |
