With Marvin Harrison not coming back Colts won't win another super bowl the next 2 decades.

^^^Reggie Wayne is the big threat in Indy nowadays. They don't want to lose Harrison but, they still Gonzalez and Clark. Harrison was pretty much through last year.
New Orleans ain't far from Tampa. Brooks wouldn't have to go too far.

I hated to see brooks go. He was and still is a pillar for our town and state. You know how fun it was to watch Mike Alstott run over safeties in the fourth quarter. Sapp, Brooks, Lynch mob, Alstott, Dunn and Barber were the cornerstones of our team. But time can be cruel. I hope Brooks retires. He started a high school (I think they are called charter) hes is on the board of directors at FSU also. When the great ones have to face the fact that the body does age and its time to turn the game over to the young bucks. It must be a hard decision. I hope he stays with the Bucs organization as a coach or scout. He truly is a great role model for the kids. When Alstott retired, tears rolled down his face and he was on the sidelines for two years trying to let go. There was something about their chemistry that led them to a super bowl win. I hope they all make the hall of fame.

The Redskins payed out some money yesterday. Haynesworth's Agreed to a 100 million dollar 7 year contract.

Fred Taylor looks to be signing with the Patriots today.

And Bart Scott looks to be signing with the Jets today.

I'm expecting the Bucs to make a lot of noise considering they are 61 million dollars under the cap which is the most in the league.

who is the media and the fans gonna slurp on now?..so here, in honor of favre, is my top excuses of Favre. of why he throws tons of picks, and why in the past 10 years he has been an average qb

1. He throws picks cause he wants to make a play so bad...uh...jake plummer wanted to make plays just as bad as brett favre, but yet he doesnt get a pass for bonehead throws...

2. new offense, new recievers, new...put anything you want here, coach, stadium, field, o-cord...favre fans love to blame someone else for favre bad throws, so anyone associated with him has to be to blame....

see ya favre....Your gonna have to find someone else to kiss your ass every day besides teh media...

so yes, I will miss Brett Favre

Hey SteelCity1981,

McNabb did not sign a contract extension and will only play 2 more years in Philly, so you got your information all wrong. Your a Stiilers fan, so I don't expect your info to be correct. Go crack open another case of Iron City.

Well I don't think this was a big surprise that Matt Cassel was traded to KC. I don't think many people thought that Cassel would stay a Patriot once Brady came back. It was a good move on both ends. KC needed a QB and the Patriots needed more draft picks.

Josh Mcdainels is not making friends by even so much entertaining trading Jay Cutler...

I cant believe you would even listen to offers, if this is the case, he is already pissing me off....

I dont care what deal they had, but if Mcdainel even THOUGHT that Cassell is better than Jay Cutler at this point...he needs his head checked...

If the 06 draft would be held right now...cutler would go overall number 2 behind mario williams...

Coach Mac better watch his p's and q's...he isnt off to a good start....
