I hope everyone reading this know what is written above is a joke.
Here are some reasons why fat is good.
1.If you are ever, for whatever reason and there are many possible, without food for a while, you will not starve as quickly.
2.Insulation from the cold.
3.Handy place for the body to store toxins it cannot properly digest, otherwise they are immediately store in some of our favorite organs.
4.Fattier people float better.
5.Fit fatty people (not an oxymoron) are strong as hell!
6.Being less bony (boney?) has many advantages in the 'cuddling' department.
7.Fat was fashionable (in mainstream western culture) until very recently (19th century) and continues to be fashionable amungst many cultures.
8.Love the body you are in, nurture it, grow it, get to know it, you are married to it for life. | |

Check out mensworkoutguide.com There is a great workout on there for losing fat. Use it with a diet thats spot on and you'll have no problems. | |

Posted: 6/30/2009 7:55:21 PM | Less red meat and more seafood, Tuna, Salmon etc. Drink hot or warm green tea with meals, especially with lunch and dinner. if you like and to some people can, drink a cup of hot to warm white tea before bedtime. Stay away and I quote, Stay away from junk food and pop, cheap juice, cookies, well if you have to eat some then eat what you like, when you like how you like but in moderation. Try to shrink your stomach, you can do that by starting to reduce your meal portion, bit by bit you'll find yourself eating half to one third of your usual meals. Salads! Nothing beats a good salad anytime anywhere! try to add tuna or salmon to your salad, add some lemon juice and enjoy! try not to eat alone, by eating alone you eat more than ever because you are bored and all you are focusing on is what's in front of you ( your meal )! if you have to eat alone, it's ok, try to watch TV or browse the internet or read a book , do something to distract yourself from focusing only on your meal! Eat less salt, sugar and starch. buy yourself a scale, try to step on it before bedtime and after bedtime, do it for two weeks and call me in the morning! JK! Try not to eat late and on weekend's nights try not to eat very late, we all did the chines food after a good night of fun, head to china town at 3 am for some good chines food ! the day after you'll feel all lazy, fat, bloated and almost sick! is it worth it? you tell me! Learn to say the word NO! it's only you who can keep you away from bad food and bad eating disorders! everytime you have the urge to eat something that is bad for you say NO, I don't need it! try it, you'll like the results! well I have more but thought i'd give some of my tips to you ! And now I will supply 8 reasons that fat is bad:
1. Being overly fat means you are more likely to suffer from diabetes or other endocrine and metabolic disorders. Starving is no-longer the problem, blood-glucose levels and hypoglycemic coma is.
2. Muscle creates more warmth than fat does, it is more active, metabilically.
3.Fat is not totalyl metabolically inactive. It secretes hormones that have been shown to be carcinogenic. Yay for toxic fat stores?
4. More muscular people swim better
5. Fit lean people have a much better power to weight ratio and are in much better over-all health. They are also strong as hell. Google Frank Zane for an example.
6. I have cuddled with thin girls and bigger girls, both were quite comfortable to cuddle with.
7. Sacrificing health for fashion. This isn't a new concept.
8. A perfect reason to maintain a HEALTHY level of body fat. Obeisity related disease costs America lots of money. In fact, during the war on Iraq, obeisity related healthcare and productivity losses cost us almost the same as this war, year for year. Yet noone whined about it when they saw someone getting a Big Mac. Oh no...we all wanted to whine about throwing money away in a foreign country. America has some jacked up priorities as a whole. We need to start taking care of the problem at home...it's only getting bigger  | |

I burned a lot of fat by running 2 miles in 14-15 min one day and 3.5+ miles in 30 minutes the next day. Before training. I burned a lot of muscle though. To burn just fat, you can get evaluated at your gym possibly to find your key heart rate where you burn fat. It takes time. I feel its a waste of time running at 6 mph for an hour. If I am going to run, I will run. Diet is just as important. | |
