She had a change of plans...but hopefully she will be able to make it to a future event! And I would still like to roadtrip it there one day! Sherry...you will be missed, chica!
Barry...I would suggest making your reservations online...the rooms seem to be cheapest that way. I know if you use the "e-saver" rate for Drury, for example, it is the LOWEST rate possible. The only downside is, if you don't show up, you automatically get charged $25...so this rate is for those who are CERTAIN! ;O)
Whichever hotel anyone utilizes...Stratford Inn, Drury, or Pear Tree...they are all within the same block or two of one another. There is a rideshare effort being made by Garry, from the Strat. If interested, you could meet him in the Strat lobby and share a taxi to and from the party....waaaay cheaper than a DUI! ;O)

(Still figuring out my mother managed to talk me into giving up a party full of single hot guys to work a concession stand at a motorcross event). I went to the "new users" and sent out at least one email per page, till I could not stand to look any more! LOL Sometimes I go to the men/women online and invite them thataway. I also send out a mass mail on Yahoo IM and a bulletin on MySpace. :)
Tis gonna be a fun party, no matter!
