Posted: 6/27/2005 2:08:22 AM | OK, just so you know, I'm 40, my sex drive is fine, I'm ready about all the time.
My experience is that women are not horny at the same times as men, and men, at least men like me, are easily confused. Men wake up horny, often in the middle of the night when women are asleep. If they try to get women interested, they get a slap, a wimper a whine, or worst of all the rollover leg scissors and an indescribable moan. First thing in the morning is also out. Women, especially 25-30 year olds, do not want to get it on when they have something to do like go to work. They are focused on attaining their goals. Men get horny when women are doing something in the kitchen. Have you ever let the dinner burn, or just leaned over the dirty dishes to get some? Or, did you turn it down? Women get horny when they are drunk, most men do too, but at some age, the alcohol affects men's performance and possibly even ability. Women get less sexy the longer you are with them...like Chris Rock says, we all want new ****. That's where innovation on your part can make a difference. Not all, but some women **** a lot. No one wants to jump that. Especially if the woman is ****ing about not getting any. Women expect men to just know they're horny, they won't usually tell them, especially after they are a couple for a while. Women want a man who "knows" them, but that is pretty difficult unless the guy is clairvoyant. Then there's the adage that men expect women to stay the same and women expect men to change. When the woman changes, it may affect the man's attraction to her. Beyond all that, every time anyone gets turned down, they are a little less likely to try again.
Now I have a question, how do you guys who jerk off or even have sex with someone else 5 or 7 times a day get anything else done? I spend 11 hours a day getting ready, working and getting to and from work and I sleep 7 hours. Then maybe 2 hours for eating, chores and various stuff. Maybe I could slam 4 times into the remaining 4 hours, but I might want to watch the news or something. | |

Well, I don't know about several times a day.. Except for days she has off work/school that is. But, when I'm with someone it wouldn't be unusual if we did a few times a day anyhow. I'm self-employed and work from home.. I can take a break whenever I want, what's the boss gonna do about it? Fire me?!?  So, whenever she's around.. LET'S GO!  And ya, I have had a few days where I got absolutely no work done. ;) | |

Posted: 6/27/2005 2:43:07 AM | | try to work a double shift in industry with a shortchange in between. it's exhausting and it's like everything else. a lot of women won't do their share of initiating it so by the end of the day, you're just a bit too tired to be don wan. if you want it, just say so because you get too tired after a hard day's work to read her mind. | |

They'd kill me if they knew I called them that... one for one reason or another just gets laid a lot easier than anyone I know and the other one is a little horndog (who bought a camero from my dad.... I still get a kick out of that 'cause we didn't know each other then... lmao). I know from personal experience that they both have a pretty good sex drive going and the 28 year old was even looking for me to do just that this weekend... even with his broken shoulder... lol... | |

I for one can't comprend what it is your saying. But then I am considered overly sexually active for my age of 29. I think about sex pretty much every time I see a Girl that I think might have sex with me. Not saying that I screw around alot but my horomones seem to be at the same level as they were when I was 19. Even to the point that the sun in my lap
while I'm driving might set off a pup-tent. For me I guess it depends on hte woman I'm with. If she wants it, I give and if she doesn't , I'm not about to beg. I've only met one girl who could match my sexuall prowess and she was a french girl from montreal. When she wanted it she just stuck her hands down my pants. For me the real question is , why can't more girls have a sex drive as high as me? | |

You cant realistically draw conclusion from a single case of one mans apparent lack of sexual desire towards you as being indicative of typical male function.
I think the prevailing consensus of opinion is that twice a month is an exceedingly low sex drive for a man, regardless of age and length of relationship.
However, if your relationships with men has repeatedly shown or resulted in a dramatic decline of sexual desire and interest towards you ... you need to start looking elsewhere for answers.
I would suggest talking to him first. The conversation may prove to be inconclusive ... but at least you'll have taken the first practical step towards discovery ... before you start having the water tested for excessive levels of Mercury or checking his shirt collars for lipstick stains and car glove-box for women's panties.

I can see where you are coming from. To men, IMO, sex is a mystery and hunt and when the mystery or hunt is over it’s not the same. Sorry to say but a few men want a b*@tch in bed before they come alive.
But that’s my opinion of course. But to me with the right woman and right relationship age means nothing. | |

about the guys around here , mostly guys complain about girls about this .
As for me I am a horn dog only when in a relationship , I want it twice a day , morning and afternoon , sometimes for lunch . still looking for a girl , down here alot of women are kind of mean , play hard to get , love hurting guys , that is why I am still single .
Sex is not everything but it is sure a fun stress releaser , not to mention great for a relaqtionship. | |

I've only met one girl who could match my sexuall prowess and she was a french girl from montreal. When she wanted it she just stuck her hands down my pants.
I remember when I lived in Montreal.. There are lots of very good looking women there. For whatever reason though, it seemed that almost every one I met was a ripper (a couple were bartenders). And no, I didn't meet them all in a bar either. ;)

The problem with some guys is their priorities are upside down. Many are workoholics or put time with there man friends before their lady. Some don't take an interest in sensuality because they're to bagged from a 60 hour work week or partying with the boys. However, I say if a man is interested in hanging on to a good woman, he had better pay her some attention and make her feel special! That includes intimacy of all kinds.
