Posted: 6/27/2005 6:49:26 PM | Well Jolie...You have just looked for the wrong men in your life...Unfortunately some men just loose interest in their significant other...It seems to rid a person of thier sex drive and they seek another...I can honestly say that this Canadian male is picking up that sex drive and what I can thank is a better diet and the things that I do in the gym for stamina...I could do with sex pretty much every night and have not found that woman to give it either...So don't count out any of these Canadian men yet...Look for one even if you grab a jogger out of the park because he will be able to keep up with you... | |

hey I feel for your girl, that really sounds inverted you know! Too bad, let's just say all the gals that I have dated have never complained once, at least not on that score!
love as you know its a two way street, I hate to say it but he may be two timing you, I don't know about you babe but sex is a pure energizer, it's supposed to get better as the relationship matures. Hope you're able to meet someone special.

Posted: 6/28/2005 3:42:19 AM | Hmmm.. I don't know about the guys you were dating but most guys I know are hornballs... saying they don't get it enough when they supposedly still get it 2-4 times a week...then again it could be all talk with these guys.. they often exagerate
Perhaps with some of those guys you were with, it was a conquest thing.. once they attained their goal they were no longer as interested?? I dunno, people are weird some times
For myself, I'm just as horny as I was when I was 16 only now I can controll the urges a bit better and I work out the frustrations in the gym instead.. (I kind of have to as I've been single for a while and dont sleep around) but when I was in a relationship unless we were pissed off at each other for whatever reason, it was usually several times a week... I can't say I've ever been too tired for it... and I'm over 30 now.. oh, and I'm from Calgary too.. but I drink Distilled Water.. so perhaps it is in the water?? 
I'm also physically active so my stamina is pretty high, I don't smoke and I'm not a heavy drinker... so I guess that helps too... I've heard inactive guys or those who are heavy smokers/drinkers/ or on certain prescription medications can lose interest...
perhaps some of those guys had very low testosterone levels?? that can kill sex interest too..
Funny how everyone is saying get him on the viagra... that stuff doesn't make you horny, it just dialates blood vescles and helps you pop one when you are excited.. if the guy doesn't feel like having sex it aint gonna help

They say men peak at 18-22, but it's been my experience that men in their 40's are the hottest and best lovers. They know how to temper great sex with tenderness, romance, and expertise. And in my experience, they just can't get enough!Lucky for me! | |

Posted: 6/28/2005 8:26:48 AM | I am over 40 years of age so it takes a wee bit more than a warm summer breeze to make me hard(can I say that here??) but my interest and desire are as keen as when I was a young pup [imagine a bear cub with his first hard on] and my stamina /staying power burns out most partners lol
As the former chairman of a Union representing 1800 men , I know alittle about guys.
My sense here is that desire/frequency within the context of a committed relationship often has a alot to do with things like stress loads, opportunity for intimate time[ ie r there kid in the picture], unspoken resentments in and out of the bedroom, a lack of communication in and out of the bedroom. lovers who are boring or dont satisfy "His /her " particular wants/needs, lack of imagination/creativity/narrow minded approaches to whats appropiate or (oh g-d,run) decent. alcohol consumption etc
And ofcourse then there is the individual. I know its shocking but somemen are not very sexual. Some have hang-ups, trauma, issues, some dont enjoy it( although I believe if your not enjoying it , your not doing right lol). Ask yourself, does your man like to come home from work and sit infront of the TV drinking beer? likely as not that one isnt going to tear up the bedroom lol. There is as many reasons for this as there are men
