I think NOT! for the person urinating it is as it is their fluid. It is actually an old world remedy for acne, to use your own urine on it. You do not here this one anymore! For the person being pee'd on your opening yourself up to what disease they might have...show me medical proof otherwise, if your a doctor great, but let me see the written results of lab on that one.

| What do you all think about golden showers? Posted: 3/3/2009 7:42:49 AM | Recently, all of us have received a Golden Shower. If I wanted a "Golden Shower" I would go to AIG and ask CEO Edward M. Liddy if I could use his shower.......no question it is Gold.
As Americans we are certainly being pissed on daily by AIG. It's better to be pissed off then pissed on.

| What do you all think about golden showers? Posted: 3/3/2009 7:52:49 AM | I'm a guy who could be talked into most things sexually by a woman.....and not so much talked into something, as I would like to make sure she is happy with things and is able to express a desire.
That one would cause me to cringe i think.....personal comfort level.

...but knowing a few (one as my best friend) and having read a book or three in my life, I can tell you that yes, urine is sterile, assuming it is untainted.

| What do you all think about golden showers? Posted: 4/11/2009 4:02:45 PM | Well for the poster who questioned if it was steril or not..... There is this: Urotherapy: A boon
Our body is a factory in itself. Once food is provided, it is broken down to absorbable nutrients, converted to energy and other simpler forms and even medicines are produced in our own body. Yes, soon there would be a time when we wont need medications in forms of tablets and syrups, our own body is a drug house producing one. We are only to realize the medicinal properties of the body’s product…the urine. This may sound absurd but the fact is that urine has been found to contain medicinal properties to treat many diseases and disorders. Now we know why the great Indian leader lived as long as 99 years healthily and actively. The secret is that he used to drink a glass of his own urine every day. Yes, urine is no more a smelly waste but should be perceived as a product formed by the kidneys containing hormones, enzymes and urea in water. The composition of urine is around 95% of water and the rest is in form of urea and salts. Urine is infact a sterile product which is most safe for human consumption. However, it has the ability to encourage microorganisms to flourish and hence should be consumed fresh only. From here http://herbscancure.com/blog/urotherapya-boon/

and the acne thing came up here ..http://my.spill.com/profiles/blog/show?id=947994%3ABlogPost%3A183516 BEAUTY "TIPS" Celebrities goto extreme lengths to look good and have some freaky formulas:
* Vanessa Williams attempted to use her own morning urine and to put it on her acne. * Jennifer Lopez is reportedly reviving her beauty with fish eggs. * Oprah Winfrey and Barbara Walters are reversing the effects of aging with the help of the foreskin of baby boys * Eva Longoria-Parker uses Placental Face Cream ($85). The cream claims to improve skin texture and reduce fine lines, sun damage and other signs of aging. * Sandra Bullock confessed to used hemorrhoid ointment during the filming of "Miss Congeniality" to the smooth out the lines around her eyes.
