| whats your hobbies?
Posted: 10/12/2004 10:57:59 AM | Currently I am building a robot with my son. Kit form....piece by piece each week.
Toying around on the computer...from simple games to annoying ppl on here.
Love secondhand stores, flea markets, yard and garage sales. Collect old tools and things(got one to make the screw threads on wooden broom handles! lol!)
reading, researching different answers for questions the kids throw at me when I don't know the answer (this takes time! lol!)
Used to raise pureblood chickens, and mixed blood rabbits,(for show and meat and eggs) and raised quail.
Used to redo wooden furniture.
All kinds of things. | |

Just like Hollywood there are lots of large creative egos to deal with and it can get very stressful. So a few years back I got hooked on restoring the old class Datsun Z sports cars and now I run one of the largest sites for Z car fans, 'ZCarsOnline', That’s how I relax these days. But like most of you I would prefer relaxing in the arms of one wonderful lady ;-) but every thing comes in its own time! Heee Heee Heee | |

Posted: 10/13/2004 1:48:54 PM | Hobbies, have so many now lol, I love to paint with acrylics and water colors, potter or ceramics to some, charcoal drawings, spending time with my kids and what interests them, helping friends though times of trouble, and this forum. I enjoy many of them and soon will be able to do my water sports again WOOT.

Umm my hobbies include workin out, Computers(most aspects from new things comin out programs hardware etc.), learning graphic design in maya, chatting(MSN/Forums).
I used to be in Tae Kwon do and Ikedo(spelt correct)? but stoped a strip before black in both, i still have interests in it and wish to complete them and maybe learn some wushu.
I also wish to complete my swimming to get my life guarding certificate anther interest i never had time to complete. I think that be all i can think of at the momment. | |

Some of those collector dolls go for thousands right now. try picking up an original Princess Diana doll in her wedding dress...but be prepared to pay over 3 grand for it...I have nothing like that, but these things are released with-in most anyones budget. Some skyrocket...others do not. Mine are jus cheapies...but the look ok. Seen some at the doll shop in Quebec City (they make them on the premisis and you can watch!) and they are all different, and go for a fortune!
Mine are basically for my daughter though. I did collect coins for my son...and the ex and I restarted her stamp collection years ago...man, it is huge.
Anyhow's....got to collect something. I also collect unusual bottles. Got one shaped like a violin (not a cologne bottle...think it had liquer in it) and another that has two openings...one on top...other on the side....the one on the side leads to a bunch of grapes, inside the bottle, and is sealed off from the rest of the bottle. Going to out coloured water in it I think...
Got an Eiffel tower one too...it had liquor in it.
Too bad they were not full...would have been better...but hey..even empty they are neat! | |
