The Myths & Truth About Female Ejaculation-
THE TRUTH-
1) Female ejaculation comes from the Skenes/Paraurethral glands (also known as the G-Spot).
The G-spot is an area on the vaginal wall that is highly innervated. Skene's glands are primarily release on the vulvar surface.
7) Female ejaculation is not urine, is much like the consistency of water, is clear in color, and usually smells like nothing or has a slight sweet scent.
The fluid produced by Skene's glands is similar in composition to male prostatic fluid. This is not altogether unexpected since the lesser vestibular glands are homologous with the prostate gland (reference any text on embryology of the reproductive system for details).
8) OBGYNs and other physicians often misunderstand or even misdiagnose female ejaculation.
How true, but physicians are trained in clinical work and study relatively little anatomy. And this is not limited to OB/GYNs ... I have even spoken with neurosurgeons who know remarkably little about neuroanatomy.
You may be wondering "If all women are capable, then why is it that many women have never done it?" This is a very good question, and is easily explained. Let’s begin with reviewing some basic information about the female anatomy to better understand how this works.
Where Does Female Ejaculation Come From?
Female ejaculation is a fluid that is pushed out of the urethra (pee-hole- just like urine)however, unlike urine it comes from the Paraurethral/Skenes glands (located under and making up the G-Spot) during sexual arousal.
Again: Skene's glands are primarily glands of the vulva and typically release on either side on the external urethral orifice. The G-spot is an area on the vaginal wall that is highly innervated.
How Is Female Ejaculate Different Than Regular Cum?
There are two types of female cum that can be excreted during sexual arousal. They are clinically termed as urethral and vaginal ejaculation fluids.
Again: Physicians are clinicians. There are a number of cervical, vaginal, and vulvar secretions released during aroused states, in addition to urine residue on the vulvar surface. The lubrication of the vagina is primarily provided by glands of the cervix and mixes with moisture supplied by the vaginal wall. Glands of the vulva, notably the greater vestibular glands (Bartholin's glands) and the lesser vestibular glands (Skene's glands), supply additional secretions. Secretions from Bartholin's glands lubricate the labia during sexual arousal. Skene's glands have been suggested by some to be the source of female ejaculate.
What Is In The Fluid?
Let me get the biggest myth out of the way- IT IS NOT URINE. Upon testing the liquid, scientists have found that it contains levels of glucose (sugar), and an enzyme (prostatic acid phosphatase), which is characteristic of a major component in semen. It is similar to the prostate fluid within male ejaculation but without the sperm.
That's because sperm is not a component of prostatic fluid. Sperm is a component of semen. Prostatic fluid is a major component of semen. | |

I can't believe this, but I think it happened to me today. Kinda embarrassed to give all the details.
Urination is possible for both sexes during arousal, though the body has several internal mechanisms to resist such action when the bladder is full. External factors may include sexual position, state of arousal, and orgasm, among others. The details make all the difference. And yes, urinating and "squirting" are different. | |

Posted: 7/5/2009 5:54:02 PM | I have to agree with you mamo0707 , when i am relaxed and get worked up slowly i can squirt a litre or more and sometimes 3ft in the air (depending on my position) I have not been able to do it on cue but the spontenaity of it only adds to the excitement for both parties. I dont know of too many guys who DONT find it a huge turn on. Thanks for the website link, I love being educated and showing my knowledge in the bedroom.  | |

the amount can be voluminous
i can urinate before and after
not be to disgusting but there is color to it when it dries - very similar to the whitish residue left by semen

Ive met one true squirter. She was very self aware about it and was hesitant about sex. I was all about that after she told me. She was able hit the windshield and headliner in my Dodge just from foreplay. I also met a girl who said she was a squirter but she only gushed fluids when she really got off, so it wasnt squirting per se, but none the less fluids leaving her body..So my question to someone smarter than me is there a difference? If this is such a "well known" process, don't you think that some women "squirters" who are Doctors, RN's, etc . would want to know what it is and do research? This one is so funny to me because the first man it ever happened with, for me, was a nurse. He was so "disgusted" he ended the relationship, as he was so totally convinced I "peed on him."
People believe what they want to believe.... regardless of the facts, in many cases. | |

Read many of the posts by women and they mention asking their docs - even their OB/GYN and most of the time they tell of blank stares. Google and various other ref sites simply repeat what is available and when you actually look there isn't much. Most of the research is suspect because it depends mostly on the proper stimulation of the GSPOT and that is NOT easily done when some rubber gloved lab tech probes some "volunteer" while she's being video-tapes with electriodes taped to her head and her various suspected "parts" which may be part of this phenomena. It is a mystery for many researchers because under those circumstances she does not react as legend has it so they conclude the whole issue is BS.
There have, as has been mentioned, one or two suckcess  stories and that fluid has been analyzed. As one poster above pointed out however people believe what they want to believe so even though most of HER fluids are identical to HIS fluids (minus the sperm - hopefully ) many guys either don' t have a clue - still or they choose to believe it is urine.
The discussion is ongoing with many testimonials. I know a lot of the regulars think this is all redundant and useless to read / post anything more on the subject BUTT just look at the posts whenever one of these GSPOT / Ejaculation threads are on the main page. About 60% of the posts are from people who clearly have no idea what they're talking about, have ever had it happen to them, have never know any of the Techniques for making it happen for their woman or are just twits who decide with no basis of facts and insult all of us by this constant "ITZ PEE" rant. So to post to any of these OLD threads or posting to a new one continues to EDUCATE the ignorant and no doubt save many many women from being accused of peeing on their man, the penalties for which are dire for many. Those with knowledge SHOULD post and keep the discussions going just for those victims let alone allowing lots of people to try this and discover the wondedrs of G-Gasms - with or without the ejaculatory side effects. | |
