Personally I think alot of women my age range are just coming into our own, once we are freed of all the bs that was shoveled at us from the time we were in training bras.
Being sexy isnt dirty, being sensuous isnt a bad thing. Knowing how to please a man and keep him wanting more is actually a really really nice talent to have. The kids are grown and now we have "ME" time, time to explore at our leisure the things we want to know more about.
Not having to worry about becoming pregnant gives us another type of freedom. Most just need the courage to accept who they are now and allow themselves to bloom vs looking behind (not literally but hey it might be the case) at who they used to be.
There is a difference about being confident in who you are and what you bring to the table (bed) and being loose and trying to gain validation thru numerous sex partners.
