Cassa... thank you for bringing a little etiquette to the situation. Things just seem to go smoother when the social graces are used.

Pssst - I believe proper etiquette here would require you to help him along so he can finish and the both of you can get back to the movie. That is the only right thing to do.

I mean... make an issue of it and you miss out on the movie!!!

What did he say when you caught him red handed! It seems to me,
he either really liked YOU...or the movie!Either way, maybe next time,
you should have a "NO comforter" policy! Seems he got a little TOO cumfortable!

Is there a rule on etiquette for this situation... ?

Proper etiquette would be to hit the "Pause" button on the remote so you could both pick up the rest of the movie later.

OMG!!!
Poor 'little' monkey!! What did the monkey ever do to deserve such abuse?! Why was the monkey under that comforter rather than enjoying this alledged movie? Speaking of movies .. umm.. which one were you watching and which one are you planning to "watch"?
Also - is this the same guy who is notorious for 'choking his chicken'?
and - what are you using for mix?

((ps - Never let your date eat the blue smarties))

.. poor l'il monkey ..

OH oh!! Does he keep his monkey in a closet?

I recommend for your next 'movie date' you bring Banana Daiquiris ..

I'm calling PETA ... ooooooohhhhhhhh Peeeeeeeeeeeta!! I have (another) crusty comforter to report! It's time we take a stand for monkeys, chickens and other defenseless creatures, I say "Corrective Lenses for ALL One eyed creatures!" .. Who's with me??
Hello?? hello? hehe

I need to know - did he name his monkey before he spanked it??
It does make a difference.

OMG .. Rules? Etiquette? How about the obvious?
He felt it was time for dessert... perhaps waiting on you to fetch the whip cream. Eh, just a thought.

Metropolis… G’luck Cassa… I’m off to do some shopping… I believe a hat was mentioned for the little fella…

Things just seem to go smoother when the social graces are used.
So true… so very true…

That had to be a sobbering effect.

A rule of etiquette ? Since you have called him a friend, i can assume you have known him for awhile.

I think there has been a lack of communication here.

If you had just met him and he done this ( i would think sex offender ). After all this was pretty bold of him to do with you right there. Just like the ones that go to the parks and does that in front of little children or flash children.

He should have at least went to the bathroom to do this rather than be so rude and bold to do it right there in your presence.

Yes - but what about the monkey? And why was the monkey under the comforter to begin with?? I am also concerned as to whether or not he has any chickens.

Details .. we need details!

((does he have a webcam? and are there any real spiders involved?))

Spanking the Monkey ? I thought they called it choking the Chicken ! Either way,
animal abuse ! Leave immediately, call the Humane Society, and don't venture back there. He's probably mean to Cats too.

^^^^Nah, if he is spanking the monkey, he would probably be more than happy to pet the kitty.

Are you serious??!! What a loser!! I would have just simply gotten up, gathered my things, walked to my car and went home to my dog who is ultimately more entertaining than a man who thinks great entertainment is choking his chicken on a date with a woman.

Wow, just wow! Incredible......

hmmm... maybe he was spanking the naughty monkey cuz he caught it petting the kitty?? .. God only knows what the pecky chicken was doing to get it choked!

Seems to me there's an awful lot of animals involved and No mention of popcorn at all! wtf's up with that?

Peta will return my calls during regular business hours.

Sounds like a coverup to me ..

Has anyone mentioned, yet, that perhaps the monkey LIKED being spanked?!?!?

I think while you're out buying that little hat, you should also invest in a little whip, a tiny-sized set of hand-cuffs, and perhaps a one-eyed blindfold!!

Just as a friendly tip - Do NOT call them if you are the one spanking your monkey. Neither of those organizations likes it when you call and breath heavily or moan into the phone. Not that I've ever...

typical victim blaming!!! poor little monkey...

however .. well made up for with 'thoughtfulness':
I think while you're out buying that little hat, you should also invest in a little whip, a tiny-sized set of hand-cuffs, and perhaps a one-eyed blindfold!!

It's the comforter's fault!! Those damned comforters will do it every time when you're with a friend with a monkey. Monkey's are naughty that way. They think they can sneak out and get into mischief under the "cover" of darkness. In such cases, always leave a monkey trap out (not to be confused with the deleted thread where a pecker trap was mentioned). Once caught, you can decide what to do with it. I hear they go well with an organ grinder.

So the guy was getting a little bit ahead of he game, but really, you should follow Concertina's advice, "Suck him off".

He invited you over for dinner and a movie, you accepted, then you got under a blanket and cozied up, had some wine, ....what do you really think is going to happen here?

Next time, if you can't imagine kissing the guy with an open mouth, don't accept his invitation. A man invites to his place because he is sexually arroused by you. "Duh"!

A dinner, a blanket, a movie, wine.....something will happen, or he is gay.
