It is just part of our mental make up. It is as if we are being rejected in some way when a woman doesn't swallow and it is horrible when she spits it out in front of us. Maybe if a woman was good at misdirection she could get the guys attention away and then wipe it into a Kleenex or something but don't let him know you are doing it if you want him to have even increased feelings for you. Most men don't know it or won't say it but it does mean something to us.
It also has a physical aspect too because as someone else said we don't have to concentrate to let the woman know when we are ready to go because that actually takes away from what the woman worked so hard to achieve. | |

I really can't understand you would get alot of sensations from that. I always use my tongue, fingers and suction to the best outcome.
