I think the swallowing indicates that the experience of giving head was an enjoyable one. The vision of a woman spitting cum from her mouth, is not an appealing sight. To me, it indicates that giving head was disdainful to her, and that she was not enthusiastic about what she was doing.
This is how I feel as well. I love performing oral sex on a woman and revel in every sensation, including the taste of her juices. I would hope I'd be into everything about the woman in question to get to that point, and I would hope she'd feel the same way about me.
