I mean we all do have preferances, but if those preferances become a requirment or mantatory(a must have or must be), then that is (in this case) racism.
Not saying you are racist, but if it is like I said above then thats something I think should be worked on. | |

Don't worry, I have friends of all races and know stereotypes run in all colors and creeds. I'm not disappointed in anyone who has preferences. I only want their happiness. BUT there are others that do it just for show, to be cool, or to find out if the myth is true. I know that when someone says something like "I only date black guys." 1: The myth - Yes.... 'that' myth. The myth that all skrong, black men are supposedly... well endowned in the genitalia department. I will not argue this point one way or the other... I personally don't go around looking at mens members, no matter what color they are. The women are probably better qualified to confirm or deny that myth. Anyway, it may sound shallow and mean, but regardless.... there are white women that either believe that black men are better lovers or they want to "test out" and see if the myth is true. So quite simply, they are only using black men for sex and not out of any sort of real "love". At least not at first, according to this man.
2: Rebellion - As you well know, most teens and young adults that have issues with their parents may do things as an act of rebellion. He says that this is a common reason why alot of young white women date black men, as an act of rebellion and personal "power" against their parents that they know have a strong hatred of black people. Again, this reasoning is not based out of love or care, according to the man.
3: Forbidden Fruit/Fantasy - Just as some people like to have sex in public because it is risky, or those that like to mess around with married people because the forbidden nature seems so enticing (silly humans....), so too do some white women date a black man because they know that it is taboo in western society. They may also just find it exotic to try something so different from the norm.
4: Improve social standing - The fourth reason, according to this man, is that they may either try to prove how "cool" or "down" they are (particularly if they are in grade school) by doing such or either they are going all out of their way to somehow prove that they are not racist by dating a black man they do not love. This is generally done for selfish purposes to make them feel better about themselves, according to the man.
Ok, this post is hella long. Do any of you people think his obserations were true? That the majority, though not all, white women that specifically date black men due so for such evil reasons? What would you peoples suggestion be for a black man that so happen to be dating a white woman for him to know whether or not he is being used? Goodbye. | |

so who cares if your friend, daughter, or yourself is dating someone thats black, asian, jewish, white, who gives a shit???
why should someones background bother you? its superficial.
its who they are on the inside, thats what counts. Just because you date someone of your own ethnicity doesnt mean their good or better than someone outside their ethnicity.
if a person is a total **** or ***hole, come black-white-chinese, doesnt matter, that person is a **** or an ***hole.
so what if your daughter comes home with a black guy, as long as he treats her right and with respect like any other human being would, who gives a shit, let them date.
People will most often allow the stereotypes of a culture to influence their judgement when dating someone of a different ethnicity, because if you did that, then dating should be the least of your worries....
alot of people say they wouldnt date interracially because their afraid of how their gonna raise their children with a mix culture.

If your an adult & parent and your worried about how to raise your children...then as i said before...then dating should be the least of your worries....
and stories about kids making fun of other kids for being mixed.....biggest load of crap ive ever heard.
we're human beings people, its time we cut this and date whoever we want to date...
if your white and it just soo happens your wife is white, black, chinese no problem. its all good, as long as your happy with the person you love, who gives a crap what background they are.
