The very reason you have not announced on the main page that the ims are not going to be back is you know that half your memeber will leave and not come back. If you really want to see if you get more traffic be bold enough to make it an announcement on the main page or send out an email to everyone like you do when there is going to be a party in the area. | |

I have thought for days that somehow I had disable my IM's and have been searching around trying to find the problem, and finally found my way here..
Personally I don't like giving out my personal yahoo ID's or my email addy's until I chat a few times with someone. Used this IM as someone said earlier as a screening tool to see if I even want to go that far.
This is HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE inconvience.

It was fun while it lasted. And I have rarely found the service inefficient. It was working just fine.
I too have spent several days trying to find out what went wrong. Aside from being disappointed not to be able to use IM anymore, I am disappointed you didn't send out a notice letting us know what was going on. | |

As a paying member (yes stupidly) I think I should get a refund for mis-selling. Under Irish law (trade of goods and services act 1990) this site mis-sold the premium membership. While many of you may not recognise this law many international companies do. Banning of trade in Ireland is an option open to the relevant authorities here. It is not too difficult to ban a website either.
So, please give back IM. | |

It was how i met many friends i talk to in rl .....It just takes to long with emails and rarely i get replys frome that...maybe is cause im to impatient ..... my 2 cents i think its a bad idea and prolly will fade away if not brought back......im sure someone will say something dumb like goodbye or good riddiance but thats fine...as im sure i wont be the only one leaving cause of this.
