Let's all take a deep breath and relax. OP's quote was not so much directed at men who are smaller than average. It's directed at guy's who LIE about their size. If you are 7 inches and say you're 9 then you're are just as guilty of lying as someone who's 4 inches and says they're 6.
So the only people who should be offended are people who lie about what they're packing. Unfortunately, this is the internet, and that's not uncommon. In fact the average sized member is actually half an inch longer in studies that are self reported. Coincidence?
