It's hard to explain what it's like, but it's definitely different to be out and about in the summer and see what you find to be sexually arousing flaunted so openly because it's not considered sexual by the masses.
In any case, I think most women are pretty accepting of the fact as long as it isn't the first thing coming out of the man's mouth when they meet. If you think about it, sexual desires aren't a topic women generally want to cover immediately in the forming of a relationship.
Men should consider tact; be kind about it, but also don't be afraid of it. There's nothing wrong with liking a woman's feet, I can assure you. Women need to be respectful of a man's desires too I believe. There are certainly some weird fetishes out there, but this isn't one of them. | |

anyway... I guess it depends how open you are culturally aware... Im in Europe, and female feet, whether fetish or not, seem to be much more accepted into the entire sexual dimension of things.
