The best looking men (and I'm not attracted to a man's face like a heterosexual woman is, so keep that in mind) are those who wear their male-pattern baldness with pride and let it grow long. Think David Crosby. Even better, is if the dude grows a big massive beard. Think Santa Claus. If more men with male-pattern baldness started wearing their natural hair with pride and letting it grow, I think the stigma of balding would disappear in a heartbeat.
EWWW James Taylor would've been a better example now I'm gonna have night mares thanks! And NO WAY on the giant fluffy Santa beard the only person who can sport that is the Clause man himself! EWWWW Shave it! Maybe a neat, small, short mustache or goatie but no more than that!!
But I do agree with you though about the male pattern balding, only to an extent. Some men it looks fine if they've got the little widow's peak going and the two bald spots on the side. Can be kinda sexy I guess but only on some guys. And say no to combovers! | |

My favourite gym/step instuctor was a baldy and it was a fight to get into his class. Full of skinny Italian women with full hair and makeup. Was most amusing when I was there in old sneakers, tshirt and baggy shorts. He was hot though.
Some men can do bald (Billy Zane comes to mind) and some can't | |

I am not certain what my choice would be...there might be a slight edge for the bald man.
To me it is more about who the person is, rather than what they look like. Certainly in dating someone there is a bit of initial attraction, however, that becomes less important as the relationship becomes more intense. I am attracted to many different ages, and types of men...some are bald, some have full heads of hair, some are very tall, some are shorter...i have no particular 'type'. | |

They specifically seek out and are attracted to bald men. I have never run into any who were in the middle. They either loved it, or hated it.

I once dated a guy from Ireland who shaved his head (he wasn't losing his hair...he did it because everyone on his futbol team did). He had the most intense green eyes and very chiseled features...was also 6'3", around 200 lbs solid/athletic...need I say more!?! 
I also dated a black guy who was a marine...he shaved his head and had a goatee...he also had chiseled features...I preferred him WITHOUT hair.
It wouldn't matter to me if a guy was bald or had a full head of hair...this might sound weird, but from a physical standpoint, I'm more attracted to a guy's facial bone structure/eyes/lips. But I will say I am absolutely NOT attracted to the bald guys that have facial features like the R & B singers K-Ci and JoJo....(Guys with the chunky faces)....
People who know me can confirm I'm a "height Queen"...give me a 6'3" smart, fun, athletic/medium built guy with a nice facial/bone structure who shaves his head or has thinning hair over a drop dead gorgeous guy with a full head of hair who is 5'9" ANY DAY!!! | |
