I've stood through the rain...until I could get no wetter
I prayed for this and that...I gave thanks for what I had
And now I find some solace...in the good as well as bad
Thank you Lord...for keeping me strong
For the happy and the sad...the right beside the wrong
Dear Lord thank you again...for the hope with my new job
That I can care for my family...and new obstacles may I bob
My family and friends have been here...in their own special way
Leading me to strength from weakness...in my heart they'll always stay
Dear Lord please help my neighbor...her cancer is getting strong
With a tear of grace I thank you...peace and comfort to her belong
Dear Lord please qwell animosity...at work it's an atrosity
Good people gone wrong...but as friends they belong
Use me as your tool...that none be made a fool
That we all may live and flourish...as our hearts and minds we nourish
Remembering that soon one day...this will all fall away
Pleasant memories we need to establish.

Posted: 3/17/2005 4:42:27 PM | it's always nice to hear when things come together in my friend's lives. i'm really glad that you were able to get a job. i knew you would. it also warms my heart to see you give the credit where credit is due. i thank the Lord every day for all He has given me and done for me in my life. i liked your poem/prayer very much. everything that you spoke of is what having faith is all about. i enjoy very much reading your work. keep up the good work. your friend. forever and for always. Hope for negativity fewness
Easter around the corner-remember original focus
Not of bunnies laying colored eggs-or all that hocus pocus
The story of a humble man...obedient and caring
For a "WORLD OF PEACE" for all mankind...considerate and sharing
A death to save a world of souls
A love to fill a world of holes
To wrap yourself in that mindset
Is "celebration true" I'd bet
Not for brilliant outer flair
But a much deeper "inner-aware"
That flows and shows in how you treat others
In your daily routine, loving others as brothers
That a "day" doesn't make you- but that "you" make the day
A real celebration of peace and respect...continuously renewed along the way~

When we all become comfortable, and enjoy exactly "where we are"...the richness of confidence,from experience,from desire...is such a good feeling.
undaunted=not easily daunted,fearless.
I feel that when you have desire, you are at your happiest...in relationships, or life in general. As well, with experience(maturity)...your level of confidence rises, along with that "happiness thing" again.
All goals are obtainable if you live your life "undaunted"....
