Stumbled on what I think will be a big problem, only you will know for sure. Height (typically this means on the shorter side) was mentioned in this thread as something that may be an issue. And you're 5'10? I'll be the first to admit nothing is more annoying than being passed over for not being tall enough - the exception being meeting someone who is way shorter than his profile reads. So IF you fudged based on replies here, please un-fudge.  It will do you a world of good in the end.

While I could pick apart some of your word choice, I'm not sure to what end.
You've been on here for a bit and have asked for a second look. What specifically are you experiencing/not experiencing that you'd like to see a difference with? | |

Posted: 9/21/2009 6:36:07 PM | ^ When I first made my profile, I had my hight listed as 5'6" because I didn't really know what my height was at the time. Since you brought it up, I measured myself last night, and it turns out I'm 69 inches (5'9"). Do you think anyone will notice that missing inch? 
To Pratch: Like most guys, I recieve no replies to any of my messages, and I have nobody messaging me. I don't really have high expectations from this site, but getting some kind of two way interaction going with someone would be a start. This site has really made me feel kind of jaded towards online dating. I keep having periods where I'm active and messaging lots of people, but it never turns into anything so I'm like f-this site, and I take a break for a week, but before too long I'm back on sending out messages, which go nowhere again, and I take another break. Wash, rinse, repeat. I'm just looking for a little  | |

Have a sample message handy? Are you screening who you are writing completely and ensuring there's plenty of common ground? | |
