| Tear Jerker Movies Posted: 10/18/2009 4:51:55 PM | I cry easily, any touching moment has me welling up. I've been known to cry over TV commercials, lol. I take the resulting teasing in stride; exhibiting a wonderful display of maturity combined with a well developed sense of humour. It's fair territory or futile to b!tch about at any rate.
Sometimes when we're at a movie, I'll notice both my sweetie and my daughter hanging out of their seats to lean over to check if a scene has 'got me'. I say if I am quietly snerffling into my popcorn it ought not count for ridicule because you had to actually LOOK to tell I was crying.
Later on, showing wholly unsupportive attitudes, my daughter and my sweetie will take great delight in describing a particular scene in a movie... "Do you remember when the mother and the daughter looked at the scrapbook together?" One will begin. "And the daughter said not to worry she was dying" the other will continue the tag team.
I'll bravely fight them off, but eventually they will be rewarded. | |
