One of my favorite hardcore punk bands would have to be Bleed. They were from Philadelphia and existed from 1993-1996. The band contained two vocalists that were incredible. All of their material was only printed on vinyl, so you'll probably have to try Soulseek or hit the record stores. They only recorded one full length LP on Soundtrack Of Protest Records, called Bully Complex. Simply amazing, with gut-wrenching lyrics.

If you like to sing along in your car with glee, look for anything by Avail. Amazing. That's all I can say about them.

Those are the two bands that lately, I can't stop listening to for some reason....

Dayglo Abortions (originally from Victoria, B.C. Canada), and Subhumans (from Vancouver). Not to be confused with the UK Subhumanz with a Z. Both bands have been accused of being metal at times, but the Subhumans played at "Hardcore '81", along with DOA, 7 Seconds, Black Flag, Insex, and a bunch of others I can't remember at the moment. But I've got photos and live tapes from those excellent nights at The Laundromat. The Subhumans have reformed and recorded some new stuff.

There's a site called something like punktorrents.com that has a lot of old, out-of-print music and videos.
