As many of us know all too well, life is very presuious. Friends, Priceless. Always take the time to let them all know that you care and think about them regularly because tomorrow is not a given. Only right here, and right now. Love you all. Thanks again and hope to see many of you when I'm out and about starting some time next week.

Now I'm just consintrating on being out and about in this great weather recouping and getting my strength back. Must stay focused and healthy.
First thing on my agenda is to get out to a POF event asap. Its been way too long. lol. | |

jeesh i hate having to write these notes to inform you of your good friend Spuds well being...but i believe that good friends help with healing..and you are all his good friends
so i wanted to let you all know what is going on with Jim...
not sure if you noticed but he has been offline for 2 months now...
well he has been quite sick and in the hospital for the last two months
He is now feeling a little better and well enough to have some contact with his friends.. he is still in hospital.. but with no access to a computer...and once again that is driving him crazy..
he sends his love to everyone..and wanted me to tell you that he misses you all...
He will be going into surgery again after this weekend...
if your into visiting your buddy Spud.. he is in the same place as before..or you can message me if you are not sure what hospital...
i am sure some smiling faces... and encouragement will help him with his spirits and help him heal quicker..
Spuds POF friends are the best! You all banded together the last time to remind him how much he is cared for.. .Thank you for that... and i am sorry to say i think he needs it again.. So if you can get a card going at one of the functions he is missing out on... or a few visits that would be wonderful...

Posted: 10/3/2009 8:09:06 AM | I went in to visit with Spud yesterday.. he asked me to say hi to everyone at Clancy's last night and thank all those who have responded to this thread.
Considering what he's been through he was pretty perky and cheeky.. typical Spud... and he's determined to get out before the end of the month because he wants to go to the Def Leapard concert.. 
As good a reason as any I suppose.

Unfortunately our Spud is still in hospital...
He has been pretty down lately .. He has been too sick to call.. or have visits...
i have heard thru a good friend that he will be undergoing more surgery if an infection does not clear up soon..
please please send good healing vibes his way..
i have never known a stronger person than Jim for all he has been through...
