If it hurts when you use 2 fingers why the hell would I want a fist in me!!! omg I really don't see how this is possible and would never want to find out. Well after and when with a knowledgeable partner(mainly a friend) I got this little idea. We had a healthy sex life but I seemed to want more when he used his hand. So I will address this re: if your partner is near you in age.
After women go thru menopause, the vaginal walls can thin. And if sex isn't frequent, the vagina can atrophy.
Assuming your chick's vagina isn't atrophied, if she has gone thru menopause she might still have the thinner walls. I don't know much about it - like if hormones make enough of a difference or not.
At any rate, I would be hesitant to fist a woman who is thru menopause, esp if she isn't on hormones and has never given birth. Just in case.
But if she really wants to try it, have sex first so she's good and loosened up from the arousal and from your penetration. make sure she's good and lubed still. And use your fingers... and also have her try her own fist first. You might have to help her reach.
I have tried fisting once. LOL I was pretty dam* drunk at the time. And fwiw, I was able to fist myself (w/my partner's help)...but he had large hands and he was unable to fist me after I did it. I have tiny hands. And, even with my hands being tiny...I was sore the next day. And I have given birth once.
So be careful, go slow, and try her smaller fist first.

it is normal for women to give birth ...so a woman only reaches her normal size after giving birth ...but yes that is just as small as she was before giving birth if she exercises and takes care of herself
