Fruits, Veg, no dairy products. Ok I'm a postman i walk about 4hrs a day so it was easier for me. But when i do get home i still found th etime to go for a short run even 1 mile is better than nothing. If you fancy a sandwich eat the lowest fat sandwich there is. Half a sandwich lol.
