There is no screening for men and it is estimated that almost by adulthood almost 80% of people will have some strain of it. HPV 16 is the leading cause of cervical cancer and does not produce warts. So men can be carriers of it, passing it around through oral, anal or vaginal sex and have no clue. Or maybe they do know and just don't give a shit.
