if ur happy and u know it .. clap ur hands!!! Of course happiness finds me... If I'm happy and the whole world is happy, everything in my aura is happy. U create happiness, it will find u. I like to live in my own happy little world and life is to laugh at it!!! woohoo!!

having loved with all my heart, and finding Joy and Wonder in sunrise spilling through the willow, experiencing Seasons and the Spectacles of Nature created as a feast for us, and now being able to wander my planet, experiencing it with a rambunctious toddler of a grandson, I thought it couldn't get any better...but, every time I turn around...it DOES!!!! Have I been seeking happiness? sure has it passed me by?sure, sometimes...and having said that...there's a balance in our teeter totter lives...some get the mellow ride...others get the ride that nearly drives you into orbit...and they yell with glee... we each find it in our own perspective, methinks "settling" for what's within reach when you feel like something's missing and you want 'more' means living within limits and regrets seem to follow... if'n ya just 'give it your all' in ALL the moments you have...and hang on...it kinda feels more exciting and in a funny way much more peace settles into my heart this way! is this Happiness?...for me...yup sending love, and hoping y'all find a little chunk of it ta grow!

I think that happiness comes from doing what most evokes pleasure in you, and being with those who do so as well. But since our personal world is constantly changing (usually in unexpected ways), I think happiness also depends on our ability to adapt to changing circumstances. So the first would be creating happiness as a projection from within, and expressing it through doing/interacting with. The second instance might be re-establishing it (e.g., after a soulmate dies).

Happiness... does it find you? ^^^only if I let it. ^^^ Happiness is a state of mind. You can be happy and make the most out of life no matter what shyt is thrown your way....all you have to do is make it a conscious choice.
